July 31st

  • Today, I do all-day fasting with HIIT 5 min
    • my touch typing agility is quite better
    • meditation is moderate, not good or bad
  • today I stay home, do housework, and prepare myself for the entrance exam.
    • there is not much productivity, it may be because of the environment such as not enough light, temperature, etc.
    • So, I spend the day repairing my printer. 
  • For computer engineering, I don't expect any specific university but I just want to study in the most advanced institution.
  • I still have to use reading glasses to be able to focus on reading books for a long time.

July 30th

  • Today is my feeding day.
    • Everything is going well with the new reading glass. I hope my English skills will be much better with this improved reading ability.
    • Touch typing is not so good
    • Meditation is not quite good because I did it immediately after waking up which I was still sleepy. It is just like sitting cross-legged sleepy for 10 minutes. The most proper is doing meditation after having a shower.
      •  I also traded with too much risk last night which made me can't concentrate on meditation.
  • Yesterday was also the day that I could read very well.
  • I found that doing block string was more effective than pencil push-ups because it will compel your eyes to do it consciously, and you will be noticed by its feedback when you lose focus.
  • Reading is also quite not good, I can't focus on the text I read. I assume that it is because I didn't do meditation in the morning.
    • I also found that if I change to a subject that I haven't read for a while, I will focus on it better. It implied that my brain wants to learn various things in a day not only one thing all day.
  • Now, I notice that on the day that I don't do meditation, my productivity will be ruined.
  • Tomorrow I will try doing meditation with the same glasses(not with the new reading glasses), and see whether my reading is still good or not.
  • I am just thinking about the admission examination which I also have to prepare myself now if I want to study computer engineering this year. Where should I start?

July 29th

  • Today, I do all-day fasting with 15 minutes of moderate-intensity interval training.
    • I notice that the dizzy/weak feeling after running is the result of the sharp entering of hypoglycemia(less blood glucose) caused by the exercise which is the period before entering ketosis. It occurs so instantly that the body sometimes is not fast enough to adapt resulting in dizziness(even have had enough sodium supplements). However, I think I can keep going on.
  • I do meditation after I awake it goes very well after I stop over risk on my trading.
  • My touch typing agility is quite not good.
  • After practicing English by writing every day, my English writing skills improve, and also my confidence. Even though it is just a little, its consistency will result in a huge improvement in the long term.
    • Also, my reading glass helps me read better, I can gain information faster and also knowledge. Just treating my eye muscle problem will be a pivot in my life.
  • I've noticed that so many younger people can use English so well. Even though I tried practicing it for 6 years, I still can't master it. However, after I've corrected my eye muscle problem, my English reading skills are just easily improving, which means that I've lost so many opportunities even though I've tried so hard for 6 years.
    • However, I am determined to leave the past and begin my new journey again, just continuing to develop myself. There is no good to always think about the past.
  • I think now I am determined not to be a shrimp who always blames his eye problems for his miserable past.
    I do have to prove to myself(not to others) that after I get my eyesight back I will get my knowledge, skills, and all of everything I lost back and prove that I can do it though it is later than the other.
    • I have to do it, not just blame an unfortunate destiny!
  • I also do pencil push-ups with normal glass to make my eyes adapt to the new accommodation.

July 28th

  • Today is my feeding day after fasting for 32 hours and 5 minutes of HIIT yesterday.
    • my touch typing agility is much better
    • My focus is also much improved
    • after I woke up, I did meditation, but it didn't go well. It was because I couldn't calm down from trading yesterday which used too much risk(over risk).
      • However, in daily life, I feel very calm which is the result of yesterday's meditation. Just know the breath naturally.
    • My reading still performs very well, after I've changed to use new reading glasses.
  • My reading is not as good as yesterday, it may be because I didn't do meditation in the morning.
    • also, I tried not to wear the reading glasses
  • During this period, I created less productivity on my laptop because I changed to read on Kindle Scribe and I also don't do programming.

July 27th

  • Yesterday, I ate 7 meals, I hope it is enough for this all-day fasting with 5min HIIT.
  • Last week, I didn't do meditation much.
    • My reading performance drops enormously. Sometimes, I just sit and stare at the book without gaining anything, esp after I do all-day fasting and HIIT, I hope it just needs adaptation of my body.
    • The other reason may be it does not work(HIIT).
  • It seems like productivities come from all-day Fasting and meditation. If I don't do them, my productivity will decrease hugely even though I do HIIT on that day, which implies that doing HIIT may not increase productivity much
    • I also found that there is research about IWT(interval walking training) which is much more effective in increasing BDNF than Vigorous exercise because vigorous exercise causes more stress to the body which will conversely decrease the good effects of exercise.
    • Maybe, I have to change to adopt an Alternate-day fasting combined with IWT instead of HIIT.
  • I still have problems in my eye muscles that converge too much when seeing things nearer than a meter. This problem can be solved with plus-lens(farsighted lens) eyeglasses which will decrease the accommodation reflex and induce the eye muscles to divert the eyes to a normal position.
    • I remembered that this problem had occurred since grade 10 in high school when I had an accident at the back of my head resulting in very slower reading than the other people and retard my learning ability.
    • This problem may not be cured easily with vision therapy(because I have had it for quite a long time). So I may have to wear these plus-lens eyeglasses all of my life when I want to read or use a computer at near length.
    • The past has already passed, and I can't turn back to change my past or to get back my lost study opportunities that were handicapped by my eye muscle problem. I just have to move on and do as best as I can.
  • Today my reading is better
    • I do meditation with go very well, after haven't done it intentionally for a while.
    • I change to use the slightly far-sighted reading glasses(plus lens) that compensate for my muscle over-convergence.
    • I drink less water on the fasting day to retain electrolytes which makes me less dizzy and more energetic. The other preferable way is having more salt(1.5-2 tsp) with enough water because the body needs water to clear metabolic wastes, not just stop drinking water to prevent electrolyte loss.
    • also yesterday, I ate 7 meals to make sure it was plenty for today's fasting which may also have an effect and need further self-experiment and investigation.
  • I found that the only problem with Fasting is coldness caused by a decrease in the metabolic rate(even though you ate enough yesterday). The solution is to go for a walk every hour which will make your body warmer.
  • This is the first day that I can read very well while Fasting all day with HIIT.
    • The main problem: it is easy to get cold because of no heat by food digestion and cold also causes weak and sleepy feeling. - just walking around or have frequent physical movement every hour can help the body warmer.
    • The problem of my eye muscles can easily be solved by using reading glasses which is the far-sight lens. However, I need to practice vision therapy(pencil push-ups) to make this eye muscles problem diminished or even completely cured.

July 26th

  • Today is my feeding day
    • my focus was boosted up 2x by yesterday's fasting. I read so much better.
    • my touch typing agility was also boosted.
    • Everything is much better today, though I was so tired yesterday and ran out of energy while fasting. I may have to eat more today(around 7 meals).
      • I also found that I shouldn't eat more than 2 meals at a time(up to 2 meals) even though I can because it will inhibit and slow digestion.
  • I found that reading Reuters news on Kindle is 3x faster than reading on a Macbook screen
    • I can read 2 news within 30 minutes!!
    • Maybe because my eyeglasses have an additional lens(the same lens in reading glasses) at the bottom that makes me read much better. I also tried reading glasses(the plus lens), which can also help me read better.
      • So it may not be because of Kindle, but the additional plus lens in my eyeglasses.
    • Another factor is glare on the screen, even on my Kindle that was peeled the anti-glared layer off the glare deteriorates my reading.
  • I found that my latest updated routine list is not proper, because I need to focus more on finances. It is still not the proper time to study programming.
    • for my routine, I will change to study various investing and trading.
  • Also, don't multitask when one thing is opened the others should be closed, opening the Kindle screen requires the laptop screen to be closed; and conversely, opening the laptop screen requires the Kindle screen to be closed.
  • My first priority is still gaining knowledge, not money.
    • the path to success is hard, you have to sacrifice or even no life.
  • I wonder why though I have practiced English for 6 years, my English skills are still on average, just reading, and can't talk or write. Instead, there are so many younger people who have very fluent and proficient language skills, they use the language as if it is very easy!!!
    • However, I will continue my practice, no matter how long it is.

July 25th

  • How to keep studying finance and also programming simultaneously?
    • it seemed impossible but I found that when I studying finance there were times when I couldn't gain information about it anymore, at that time changing to study programming was a good choice.
    • Alternating between subjects you want to study is the most time-effective way of studying
  • Today, I do all-day Fasting and HIIT.
    • I feel quite tired and a little dizzy.
    • I try to drink water with a little salt-concentrated(1 tsp), looking forward to seeing the result(hope my tiredness becomes better)
    • I don't read much today; my lack of energy makes my productivity drop.
    • I tried taking my eyeglasses out, I can read at the mid-length better, eg. the length from the display screen.
  • I've rearranged my routine weighing the importance of each routine equally.
    • For the first time, I am still not used to it. It may take some days to adapt.
    • For the time of each routine, 2 hours of each may be more suitable than 1 hour with doing them twice in a day because 1 hour may not be enough for the focus to be deep enough to get the best performance in studying.
  • I think I shouldn't separate my focus on many separate routines, because it will make me lose focus on trade.
    • I should finish my trade studies first, and then continue I study programming.
  • I think Fasting too much hampers my productivity.

July 24th

  • today is my feeding day. My weight is not decreased by fasting and HIIT which is stable at 50.6kg.
    • My weak and tired feeling yesterday might be from the loss of electrolytes esp. sodium.
    • My skin is more bright and shiny after fasting for 32 hours yesterday.
  • compared this day to yesterday, after having a meal, I can read much better than yesterday when I did the all-day fasting.
    • however, with the benefit of fasting combined with HIIT, I prefer continuing this fasting method.
  • The problems of yesterday's fasting&HIIT are
    • no energy, feeling weak
    • can't reading much, esp in the evening
    • can't using language well(esp. English)
  • Today, after fasting, there are some things that improve
    • touch typing agility increase
    • reading faster & more focus
    • a lot of ideas coming out
  • For my financial studies, I just want to make money by gaining knowledge, not by working for money. And when I can make money without working, I can study everything I want or do the work I love without concern about money.

July 23rd

  • Today, I do 5 minutes of HIIT with all-day fasting(IF 32/16)
    • This day my HIIT is quite effective(I can reach my max HR which is 180bpm). It is because I've changed my running method by decreasing the stride(taking a short step to decrease the weight loading on the joints and muscles to decrease injury) with more cadence(more frequent steps).
  • My ADHD symptoms much subsided after I combined HIIT with all-day Fasting i.e. the environments are less matter to me, and I don't get much agitation by them anymore.
  • I quite doubt how to improve my programming skills and how to increase my language skills.
    • For programming, some resources eg. suggest the same about coding in a paper.
    • For language improvement, there is research about how reading novels can help improve language.
  • I've just felt that my breath is changed by ketosis at 18:00(which should be faster), I wonder how effective my exercise is in accelerating ketosis.
  • I felt so tired and weak in the evening. I may have to measure my body weight tomorrow to find out if it is reduced or not.

July, 22nd(previous note)

  • Yesterday, I ate 7 meals which took around 16 hours.

July, 21st

  • today I do HIIT combined with all-day fasting(IF 32/16).
    • touch typing is OK
  • I still do meditation(10 minutes after awake and before sleep), and it goes quite well.
  • At present, my reading is going very well, esp. after I've tried combining HIIT with fasting. Besides, my new eyeglasses that correct my eye muscles are also the main factor.
    • I can read all day as much as I want, even traveling on the buses.
  • My mom has just asked me about the FUD news, which means that she didn't know anything about the present situation, technology or etc, and also has poor judgment, which raises my doubt and question of whether it is right to follow every of her advice just to be a good boy that please her need ???
    • This makes me feel less guilty and more confident that I resigned from my old decent paid work to follow my dream path.
  • I try pencil push again after haven't done it for a while. I find that there were many times my eye focus slipped off from the proper coordinating position which resulted in a sleepy feeling while doing it.
    • this means that my eye condition is still bad or even worse.
    • I shouldn't do it too much per one round but more frequently in a day. eg. pencil push-up for 3-4 rounds per day with 15-20 times a round.
  • Today, I don't go outside but just stay reading at home. However, staying at home all day in my room decreases my reading productivity. I just procrastinate, slide the social media, and let the time pass without focusing much on my favorite financial textbook. Even though I've read some pages, it is so little that can't compare it with reading outside.
    • closing my laptop may help with this problem. It may not be caused by staying inside my room all day, but rather caused by multitasking that was induced by a laptop.
      • when I open my laptop, I always look for something entertaining, which causes me to be distracted and procrastinate.
      • so closing the laptop lid when not in use is the preferable way.

July, 20th

  • For the English language, I have to read more and more with various contents to gain the new word!
  • Today is my feeding day(IF32/16).
  • Yesterday, I didn't completely fast because in the evening I went to a Bitkub chain meet-up which has free good food and drink, so I had a dinner meal.
    • However, yesterday after exercise, even though only a few hours I continued fasting(around 12 hours), my performance and learning ability increased so much that I could complete writing one English article and read all day with full focus!

July 19th

  • Yesterday, the network of my home mini server was going down. So I couldn't write the note.
  • I realized that my English language skill is just at the upper intermediate(B2) level. There are a lot of common words that I don't even know. I need to read much more and more with various content.
    • To improve the language by reading, you may have to read it slowly and carefully observe the vocabulary or sentence structures you don't know.
    • There are a lot of intelligent young people that can use the English language so well, I'm just an old moron. However, I have to practice more and more at everything that I can do(at least reading and writing), even though I mightn't have the opportunity to live with the native.
  • Today, I do HIIT exercise and combine with all-day fasting(IF 32/16). I ate for 7 meals yesterday. I hope that exercise will help me burn glycogen and make my body enter ketosis faster.

July 17th

  • Today, I do alternate day fasting(36 hr fasting)
    • I think I have to alternate between fasting all day and HIIT exercise to reach maximum benefit.
    • I feel like I can concentrate more on my thoughts, especially on the fasting day. I can think and connect in the knowledge I read much better than even the doing HIIT day.
  • I think I have to manage my routine(maybe get back to my old routines of studying many things in one day)
  • Thanks for these two glasses that were prescribed to correct my eye muscles. Now, I can read books all day!!!
  • I think, for the books I read on Kindle, the more I can make the font size larger, the better and longer I can read. Thus, it is no matter how large the book sizes are, I will convert them all to read in the landscape.
  • I found that learning from many sources in a day is much more effective than only just read only one subject all day.
    • reading while having a meal is not effective(I don't get much knowledge), watching videos on YouTube is much better
  • Probably, Alternate-day fasting is better than HIIT in neuroplasticity improvement ? From my empirical experience, after I'd done HIIT for weeks, my learning ability(neuroplasticity) decreased which resulted in slowing down studying and less in a variation of studies
    • my English listening skill decreased
    • I feel too clumsy watching English-language videos while having a meal
    • too tired to study variously
    • there are less 'aha' feeling moments which often happen if I learn new good things, which means it is decreasing in BDNF.
  • Maybe I can exercise but also can't forget an alternate-day fasting.

July, 16th

  • I do HIIT but alternate between moderate and light intensity, so for correctness, I may have to call it MIIT.
    • However, my reaction reflex is quite fast and my touch typing agility is appreciable, though it is not as good as the HIIT days.
  • After exercise, I hadn't eaten anything for a while, which probably made me can't focus well on my reading and also a little irritated.
    • Then, after having a meal, everything turns back to be better.
    • However, I'm not sure whether I feel tired is the effect of too much exercise or not.
  • I haven't practiced English listening for a while after my eye muscle was cured(I'm hyping on reading). I feel like my listening skills are decreasing a little bit.
    • I also haven't done alternate-day fasting for a while, so I'm not sure whether it also concerns or not.
  • When I do HIIT and eat more than 3 meals a day, I feel that my time in a day passes so fast.
    But when I do alternate-day fasting, I feel like my time passes so slowly. Is this because of the slowdown of aging from fasting?

July, 15th

  • I do HIIT, but I didn't get much tired or any huge breaths before my energy ran out.
    • However, after the exercise, my reflex is much faster!! which is very good!!!
  • Now I can read while walking simultaneously!! It is probably because my eyes have already adjusted to the new glass prescription(it is glasses with the eye-comfort lens which is an addition(+0.5) at the bottom of the lens).
    • I also have another spare glasses with only a plus lens(+0.5) which is mainly used for reading.
    • The plus lens prescription makes my eye muscles more divergent. I have too much convergent for 1 prism at near-sight with ac/a ratio = 1/2, which means if my eye was corrected +0.5 diopter, the muscle will be more divergent for 0.5x2 = 1 prism which makes eyes come back to the proper position.
    • normally, only 1 prism may not be much for convergence muscles, but the muscles that work for divergence are weaker and can't withstand and maintain that state for a long time resulting in eye muscle problems when reading near.
  • My next plan is to train myself to read all the time in a day because there are around 6 years wasted that this eye muscle problem limits me from reading and working!!! And maybe more than that because I feel like, when I was in high school, I also had a slow reading problem.

July, 14th

  • Yesterday, I do fasting for 36 hrs, today I am able to call numbers 1-100 orderly which means that my focus is much better
    • also my touch typing agility is better.
    • However, when I do HIIT, my whole body becomes more active and more energized, so I will try to alternate between both of them. I think each of both has its own benefit.
  • I tried wearing earplugs(an earbud headphone without songs open) while reading books, they protect me from so many distractions outside and improve my focus a lot!!!
  • After practicing English writing for a while, my speaking skills improved.
    After practicing reading many and various English contents, my listening skills improved.
    • which means that mastering in language is no shortcut, but only practicing makes the native become possible!

July 13th

  • Today, I do all-day fasting(IF36/12).
  • My touch typing skill tends to worse, I don't know why it decreased so fast. Maybe, because I paused my exercise or I don't do the fasting long enough(should be more than 24 hr).
  • Last night, I was sleepless, so I can't focus well today.
    • However, when I listen to songs of the chick band, I can think and focus on my reading very well.
  • Listening to many YouTube exercise knowledge videos, I find that using max heart rate as 220-age is not correct because there are variations depending on each individual. The most proper max heart rate for each individual can be obtain by running as fast as possible until the body need to take a huge breath so much that unable to talk continuously(just be able to say the word in the sentence separately), and then recording the heart rate at that time which will be the proper max heart rate of that person.

July, 12th

  • Today, I do the meditation, it goes quite very well. This time what I've done differently is I let my body posture as it be, no composing or intervening with the posture(even my back is not perfectly straight and slightly humpback), and I only know the breath in and out naturally and comfortably relax.
  • I don't do HIIT. (I think I mustn't do more than an alternate day.)
    • I think my touch typing agility also increases when I have a rest day. It may be because doing too much intense exercise may cause stress to the body and release stress hormones instead of good and happiness hormones, which results in muscle breakdown and inhibits BDNF release.
  • I also plan to do an alternate day fasting tomorrow with today feeding for 12 hrs and tomorrow fasting for 36 hrs.
  • At present, I read on Kindle whenever I have free time. Kindle is now my best companion that I pick around with me all day.

    • Now, I read it nearly all the time even having a meal.
  • After wearing the new glass, my eye muscle symptom(over convergence) was easily eliminated which made my life much easier. What does this mean? It means that many times most difficulties in people's life are out of their control, and sometimes cause them to make faulty(which they don't intend to). So we humanity should do good and help each other with sympathies.
    • I also found that with the new glasses, the best comfortable reading position is placing the book or e-reader/tablet on the lap. This will be exactly straight to the addition area on the glasses lens.
    • When using the laptop I should sit on my leg to increase height, and cause the laptop in the vision of the addition lens(I will slightly look down to the laptop).
  • I think when I want to watch anime there is a trading-off. The most important thing is the time wasted for entertainment without knowledge. In contrast, if I read books or news, not only the knowledge I get but also the pleasure that occurs every time I learn new things(I'm not sure if it is serotonin or not).

July, 11th

  • Today, I did HIIT, but I still couldn't push myself to the limit, I just got a max heart rate around 167bpm.
    • But after resting for one day, it is much better.
  • For reading on Kindle, I find that some fonts need quite large font sizes to be easy to read. In Kindle, it is quite a matter, because you need some additional methods to modify the PDF book to be larger and easier to read.
  • I still make a lot of mistakes in the grammar of the language, which was always corrected by Grammarly, but I think at least my vocabulary choice is much better.

July, 10th

  • It looks like I did HIIT too often(2 days HIIT and 1 day rest), and it caused stress to my body and released stress hormones instead of releasing BDNF. So I didn't get much improvement in cognitive function or my exercise capacity, even though I tried so much to push myself to the limit(or over the limit).
    • I think I should do HIIT on an alternate day(one day HIIT, one day rest).
    • I also found that there is a method that the athletes use on the rest day that also has benefits in BDNF and body strength improvement. It is Interval walking training(IWT)
  • I asked 9arm in his live broadcast(only for members) whether I should study for another bachelor's degree in computer engineering. He answered that it would be quite a waste of time if I already had another bachelor's degree. Currently, the choices that I have left are self-studying and studying for a master's degree, which these two can go concurrently.
    • Thus, my next plan is self-studying first. After that, if I want to dive deeply into more specific studies, I will continue studying for the master's degree.
    • For financial studies, I may read it as fast as I can, just the concept is enough, and no need to remember the minor details.
    • For computer engineering, I wouldn't study to be an employee, I wish I could create innovation myself. I have to read and read every time I have.
  • After I wore new glasses which were the eye comfort lenses(normal lens with addition), my eye symptoms improved a lot, and my focus was also improved!!! I'd misunderstood that I was ADHD, but it was because of my eye muscle problems!!!!

July, 9th

  • I do HIIT, but this time I feel less energy for running. I don't know why, also yesterday I ate more than normal. I also see my nails are purplish, which is a sign of anemia. I think I need an Iron supplement(I got it from a blood donation but I've not taken any pill).
  • Today, I think I would do more trading practice by backtesting.
  • I had 3 meals in 6 hours(binge eating). It made me feel sleepy, and poor focusing. I think the most IF that I can do is IF 16/8.

July, 8th

  • I found that combining Time-restricted Fasting(IF 18/6) and HIIT is so much better. My gut health is better with fasting(no diarrhea) which improves overall health so much, and my brain is more sharp and bright with HIIT.
    • even fasting for 18 hours is good enough to improve overall health.
    • When I do the fasting, I always feel that the time in my life passes more slowly. But the less I do the fasting, the faster the time passes.
    • Trying to eat 2 portions within one meal made me sleepy and wasted a lot of my time, shouldn't do this!!! even doing IF.
  • Today, I come reading at the university because there is no food at home anymore(my mom doesn't provide me for that because of our disputation)
  • Writing these notes in English doesn't mean I can use the language well, I still have to use the Grammarly app to correct a lot of my mistakes. But if I hadn't even tried writing English, I wouldn't even have known that my English skills have such a lot of wrong understanding in grammar and vocabulary!!
  • Today I read Collin Cobuild's English grammar, it is quite fun to read it. I read it not seriously but just casually read the thing that I used to be misunderstood. I've got a lot of things from reading with this method.
  • I have to increase my intensity in reading and studying more and more, especially after I've got the new glasses that can correct the problem of my eye muscles, or the eye problem has been diminished with vision therapy.

  • Today I did a HIIP exercise, and my Heart rate also did not go further than 171 bpm like yesterday, even though I tried to warm up before and I was so tired and took a lot of huge breaths. Moreover, this day I can't push myself to the maximum limit because of the muscle fatigue caused by yesterday's HIIP.
    • not drinking coffee
    • doing meditation goes quite well
  • I didn't go to the university library, but stayed home and tried to read books. Most of the time I used this day was cleaning and tidying the room. I rearranged many things in my room to make it easier for learning.
  • My eye muscles are much better after I do just a little pencil push-up every day.
    • I can read a book with much more concentration.
    • I read so well on Kindle Scribe that I peeled the AG layer off. Kindle Scribe is very well and thoughtfully built. Thanks to the engineers for making it very long last(I think it can long last for 10 years, if you use it carefully).
      • I think it may be because of my vision therapy(pencil push-up), but Kindle Scribe is also convenient to read.
  • I watched anime for 1 hour, I usually procrastinate when I am alone, so I hope I wouldn't have to fight with this bad alone habit again and again.
    • I found that if I open the music along with my studying, it helps me focus better without craving for procrastination.

July 6

  • I did HIIT and it took a lot of huge breath. However, my HR did not increase and always stayed under 171 bpm.
  • I do pencil push-ups 30 times in the morning, and now I can read much better(even though I've just done it just a little.)
    • I've just known that pencil push-up is not about muscle strength, but it is about training the nerves that control the eye muscles(it is a problem of nerve coordination, not muscle weakness).

  • วันนี้วันพัก แค่ push up, sit up
  • ไม่ได้นั่งสมาธิ
  • อยากจะพยายามฝึกภาษาอังกฤษให้ดีขึ้นกว่านี้ แต่เหมือนกับว่าปัญหาทางด้านกล้ามเนื้อตาของเรา เป็นขีดจำกัดให้เราไม่สามารถรับรู้ข้อมูลได้ง่ายๆ
  • ตอนนี้ตัดสินใจตัดแว่น ที่ช่วยลดการเพ่งเป็นพิเศษแล้ว สัปดาห์หน้าน่าจะได้
  • วันนี้อ่านหนังสือผ่านจอคอมโดยไม่ใส่แว่น ก็อ่านได้ดีขึ้นอยู่นะ
  • Trading is some kind of my relax activity(even it require so many knowledge, but it is not use my full potential), Programming is my real aspired work.
    Also, don't think like those who work for a company from 9-5, only think about your dream at programming.

4 ก.ค.

  • วันนี้วิ่ง HIIT ไม่ค่อยมีแรงเท่าไหร่ แต่ก็พยายามวิ่ง ก็วิ่งจนหอบพอสมควรอยู่นะ แต่ HR ไม่ถึง vo2 max
    • แต่วันนี้สมาธิดีมาก แม้จะไม่ได้นั่งสมาธิตอนเช้า
  • ไม่ได้ดื่มกาแฟ แต่พอวิ่ง HIIT แล้ว อาการสมาธิสั้นก็ดีขึ้นนะ
  • เหมือนกับว่าอาการทางกล้ามเนื้อตาจะยังอยู่ เพราะ ไม่สามารถอ่านหนังสือจาก kindle scribe ได้ดีเท่าไหร่ (แม้จะสบายตา แต่ struggle มาหลายวันแล้ว) แต่อ่านจาก หน้าจอ Macbook กลับอ่านได้ดีมาก รับข้อมูลได้อย่างรวดเร็ว แม้จะแสบตากว่าก็ตาม
  • ตอนนี้เริ่มกลับมาอ่านข่าว reuters แล้ว มีอะไรให้รู้เพิ่มเติมตลอดเลย ทุกครั้งที่อ่านข่าว อย่างตอนนี้ก็มีข่าวเลือกตั้ง UK Prime minister ทำให้ได้รู้ว่า UK ประกอบขึ้นจาก 4 ประเทศด้วยกัน คือ England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland
    • อ่านไปยิ้มไป เพราะ ได้ความรู้มากขึ้นตลอดๆ คุ้มค่ากับเวลาที่ใช้
    • ส่วนการเทรด Technical ก็ดูกราฟรัวๆ แล้วปั่นใน port demo เพื่อ Testing การเทรด

3 ก.ค.

  • วันนี้วิ่งแบบ HIIT มีแรงมากขึ้น(หลังจากเมื่อวานพักมา) จนต้องหยุดหอบหายใจ HR แต่ไม่ถึง vo2 max นะ
    • ไม่ได้ดื่มกาแฟ เพราะ ได้ยินว่ามันลด blood flow to brain
    • สมาธิดีมาก อยู่กับตัวเองได้ ไม่สนใจคนอื่น
  • เมื่อคืนนอนดึกเที่ยงคืน 6 ชม
  • นั่งสมาธิได้ดีพอควร
  • วันนี้ยังคงอ่านตำรา Technical ต่อ
    • ข้อสังเกตคือ เหมือนเราไม่สามารถตกผลึกได้เท่าไหร่(แต่ก็ยังได้เทคนิคเยอะนะ) ต่างจากตำราเทรดที่สอนเรื่อง fundamental ด้วย จะตกผลึกได้ดีกว่า

2 ก.ค.

  • วันนี้พักการวิ่ง แค่ strength training (push up and sit up)
    • feel slower in touch typing
    • less energetic
  • Drink coffee
  • Doing meditation, not bad but not great either, just mediocre
  • สาเหตุหนึ่งที่เราไม่ได้ศึกษา programming คือ เราไม่ได้อ่านหนังสือ คิดว่าตัวเองรู้แล้ว แต่ถ้าเราไม่ได้อ่านหนังสือ เราก็ไม่มีข้อมูลหรือความรู้ หรือไอเดียอะไร จะไปสร้างโปรแกรม
    • อย่าคิดเอาเอง ให้อ่านหนังสือ!!!!
  • เมื่อวานอ่านหนังสือ ผ่าน kindle scribe อ่านหนังสือได้สบายตาทั้งวัน แล้วมาลองใช้หน้าจอ Macbook รู้เลยว่าแสบตามาก ส่วนวันนี้ลองใช้หน้าจอ laptop ที่เป็น DC dimming ก็ยังแสบตาเหมือนกัน
    • แต่เหมือนเมื่อก่อนทนได้ เพราะอ่านจากหน้าจอทุกวันจนปรับตัวได้ แต่พอเริ่มปรับตัวกับการอ่านแบบ e-reader ได้ ก็กลับกลายเป็นแสบตาเวลาอ่านจากหน้าจอแทน
  • ช่วงที่ผ่านมา พยายามจะเขียนบทความลง reddit เกี่ยวกับการที่ตัวเองลอก Anti glare layer ของ kindle scribe ออก แล้วทำให้อ่านหนังสือได้ดีขึ้น แบบสุดๆ (จนตอนนี้อ่านจนติดไปแล้ว พกไปทุกที่)
    • พอฝึกเขียนภาษาอังกฤษมากๆ ทักษะการพูดก็ดีขึ้นบ้าง มั่นใจขึ้น เพราะ เคยฝึกใช้ประโยคเหล่านั้นมาก่อน แม้จะเป็นในการเขียนก็ตาม
    • เราน่าจะต้องหากิจกรรมที่ทำให้ต้องเขียนภาษาอังกฤษเยอะๆ
      • ถ้าบังคับตัวเองให้ไป พูดหรือไปสื่อสาร กับคนอื่น อาจจะไม่สำเร็จ เพราะ เราไม่ชอบ เหมือนเป็นการถูกทำโทษมากกว่า
      • ถ้ากิจกรรมที่ชอบ คือ การค้นพบอะไรบางอย่าง แล้วอยากจะเล่าให้คนอื่นฟัง อันนี้ชอบ เพราะ รู้สึกสนุก
  • วันนี้สมาธิไม่ค่อยดีเท่าไหร่ เหมือนสิ่งแวดล้อมรอบๆมีผลมาก แต่พอฟังเพลง ตัดตัวเองออกจากสิ่งแวดล้อมภายนอก ก็กลับมาอ่านหนังสือได้
  • จริงๆอาจไม่สำคัญว่าเราอ่านอะไร แต่ขอให้มีสมาธิอ่าน นั่นคือสิ่งสำคัญที่สุด
    • แม้สิ่งที่เราอ่านจะง่าย กระจอก แต่ถ้ามันเป็นการเปิดทางสู่สิ่งที่ยากขึ้น สิ่งที่ง่ายนั้นก็สำคัญสำหรับเรา
    • ไม่สำคัญว่าง่าย หรือยาก ถ้ามันสามารถนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ได้ ตามความสามารถที่เรามี สิ่งนั้นก็เหมาะสมกับเรา สิ่งสำคัญคือเราต้องมีสมาธิกับมัน ถ้าไม่มีสมาธิอ่าน ไม่ว่าง่ายหรือยากก็ไม่เกิดประโยชน์ทั้งหมด
  • เหมือนพออ่านไปมากๆ สมองจะตัน รับเพิ่มไม่ได้ ถ้าเปลี่ยนวิชาจะทำให้ยังสามารถอ่านต่อได้นะ
    • หรือสามารถสรุป short note ต่อได้นะ

1 ก.ค.

  • วันนี้วิ่ง HIIT ได้ HR>170 1min แต่ก็ไม่ได้มีแรงมากเท่าไหร่
    • ช่วงนี้พิมพ์สัมผัสค่อยๆช้าลงแล้วนะ เกิดอะไรขึ้น? หมายความว่าที่วิ่งไม่ได้ผลหรือเปล่านะ?? หรือวิ่งบ่อยเกินไป จนไม่ถึง VO2 max
    • เมื่อคืน นอนเที่ยงคืน มี project การลอก Antiglare layer ของ kindle scribe
  • ดื่มกาแฟ
  • ยังเถียงแม่อยู่บ้าง ต้องพยายามสงบและมีสติมากกว่านี้
    • วันไหนที่ไม่เถียงแม่ วันนั้นจิตใจจะปกติ แต่วันไหนที่เถียงแม่ วันนั้น จิตใจจะกระสับกระส่าย ไม่ปกติ
  • ในความรู้สึกของการเลือกหนทางชีวิตเองที่ผ่านมา คือ ต่อให้หนทางชีวิตของเราเต็มไปด้วยความรู้สึกสิ้นหวังอยู่ตรงหน้า ทุกอย่างที่แสนหนักหน่วงถาโถมเข้ามา แต่เราในตอนนี้ พัฒนาขึ้นกว่าเมื่อก่อนเยอะ
    • แล้วมันดีไหมนะ? โดยความรู้สึกคือคนรอบข้างบอกว่าไม่ดี แต่สิ่งที่เราเป็นคือ พัฒนาขึ้นอย่างมากมาย
