The real successful life is the life that you can constantly do your work, reading, studying productively in every day, not be influenced or struggled by dopamine induced entertainment which results in doing nothing, but procrastination and wasting of free time day after day.

Constant productive working will eventually lead you to achievement though sometimes it feels monotonous. But just looking for dopamine induced inspiration and end up with looking for something to entertain yourself will never make you reach your goal.

The things you should do are

  1. Tidying your living and working environments, this include your room, your laptop desktop, your working desk, or even clear all of the browser tab or close unnecessary program, etc. Untidy or unclean environment will cause cognitive overload for brain(esp. ADHD), the brain will have to work so hard to suppress many unnecessary input. Study or working in the tidy or clean environment will result in so much better focusing.
  2. Know about Principle of dopamine(ไทย) for the healthy brain and productive life.
  3. Stop using entertainment technology or anything that make you feel excited especially before evening.
  4. Makes simple routine and workflow, provide less step and easy accessibility to work, and conversely create barrier to the entertaining thing.
  5. Self-control come from self-awareness, not self-regulation.
