Because my sleeping place is hardly reachable by sunlight and I notice that it makes me waking up more late and no fresh in every day.
I don't prefer the alarm on phone or any alarm clock that has terrible sound because it may cause sudden stress(by startling) to my body which might not good in the long term and esp. there is no fresh after waking up.
So I have an idea to use light as an alarm because it may similar to the natural circadian rhythm which may be so much better for body health esp. many important hormones that should be released after waking up to make the body fresh and ready for the day.
So I tried using a timer switch(found it at an electrical store) with my lamp and it works very well. I can waking up on time with naturally fresh feeling.
I think this is one of the good productivity hack.
