When you feel like you are the loser or winner, sad or happy, don't trust those emotion, it is certainly temporary and no any value. Being sad today or at the present could be changed to be happier in the next minute, hour, day or in the next month or the future, also the happiness. Who does know what will come next in the future?
Don't trust emotion, especially when your emotion was caused by the other people, neither they put you down or bring you up. No one know yourself much more than you.
Emotion is always certainly temporary and has no any value.
What you can trust is your knowledge, effort, instinct, logic and critical thinking
- Knowledge: the more knowledge you have the more opportunities or solutions in life you will see.
- Effort will make knowledge or anything you have to the real action or production.
- Instinct is more trustable than emotion, it is the thought that cristalized from all information or experience that you've met with something for your entire life.
- Logic and critical thinking will always help you choose or thought at the most correct reasonable choice in life without influence from emotion.
