Oct 31th

  • Now, I can wake up earlier with more energy after I didn't have a dinner but have exercise(HIIT) in every other day.
  • Discipline is very important in life not only in trading
    • when you are lazy, you are wasting your valuable future resource which is time

Oct 30th

  • Last night, I slept so much better after I did HIIT exercise. I'm not sure that is it about sleeping with empty stomach(fasting), but even though I did it for several times, there is no anything good but just the day I went exercise that the better sleep and fresh wake up happen.
  • Today, I will try 8 precepts of buddhism(with 3-4 meals) and continue for 3 day
  • My trading has just got much better after I can control myself. It is around 5 day streaks that I can make profits everyday with my simple trade strategy. In the past, even though I can make profit with this strategy but I can't control myself to stop overtrade and overrisk so I lost a lot from my poor self-control.
  • With my success from trading, it is nearly the time to learn programming!!!! as I always want or dream to.
  • I have to forgive to myself that I wasn't honest to myself in the past when I was choosing between computer engineer and oral-health professional.
    • Even though my inspiration and the target of all of my perseverance was computer but finally I chose oral-health, which hurt myself.
    • I am sorry to myself about that. I will forgive myself and do what my heart or my instinct tell me.

Oct 29th

  • I think I will stop doing alternate day fasting because it is too hard for my body to eat a lot(at least five meal in one day)
    • Instead, I would try 
      • eating 4 meals a day for 3 days then fasting for one day.
      • I will eat within 6 hours, still doing IF18/6
      • At least every other day, I will do the 8 precepts of buddhism.
      • Also I will do HIIT running every other day.
  • and now I stop caffeine because it reduce cerebral blood flow which results in reduce cognitive function 
  • Today, I stay home and don't go outside. I found that there is not much productive, I just stay still and didn't do anything.
    • A trick is that don't do multitasking, when you are reading, just close every thing that is unrelated.

Oct 23rd

  • Today, I go outside and read under non-flickering light environment. I can focus so much better. There is no any anxiety-liked symtoms unlike reading under the flickering light environment.
  • I also found that eating 2 days continuously without fasting make my mind less sharper.
    • I think eating 5 meals in feeding day and then fasting another day is the most suitable unless exercise. 
  • I also found that in these periods that I haven't exercise for a while, my ideas also came out lesser.

Oct 22nd

  • After I did the 8 precepts of buddhism, I felt like the entertainment things in my life are such a waste of time and boring. They just wasted the time in my life without any benefit gained.
    • While I was doing the 8 precepts, I usually craft for the entertainment in my mind, but after finishing the 8 precepts and tried those entertainments I found that it is just boring and waste of time.
  • There may be no easy way to be rich without time, effort, obcession, and love in the thing you do.
  • Today I read under flickering light and again I couldn't read well, and it also made my eye red.
  • I must love myself though my mom want me to die because I can't make any benefit esp. money for her. I didn't do anything wrong. I always just try to solve my life problem. My mom is wrong that her greed control me to go within her chosen path.
    • Love myself, there are a lot of valuable things in me.

Oct 21st

  • Even the 8 precepts of Buddhism is good, but I could do it every other day(not every day)
  • I am still so very easy to be disturbed and annoyed, I am trying alternate day fasting again.
    • I also found that my daily life time was spended for entertainment in very large ratios to my total daily time. Trying 8 precepts of buddhism help me so much to stop my procrastination. 

Oct 20th

  • 8 precepts of Buddhism is like mental detoxification
  • this is the second day that I do 8 precepts of Buddhism
    • I feel like my responsibility of life is increasing, I read much more and more books, instead of spending time watching the movies, anime or social media.
    • I think it is good if I keep doing it every other day, not every day because I still want some entertainment. I may do it with alternate day fasting.
  • Today, I still able to read a lot. Also at the end of the day, my eye turn red. I think it is because I blink less when reading from screen.

Oct 19th

  • The best things may not be the best for you but are the thing that suitable you the most.
  • Today I will do 8 precepts of buddhism
  • My reading is so much better under non-flickering light.

Oct 18th

  • I think I will try 8 precept of buddhism again after watched Bryan Johnson video
    • eating before 1pm let the body digest food completely 

Oct 17th

  • Today, I've just got nose running from air allergy and narrowed nostril. It may be because I eat too much of fine carbohydrate in just one meal(650 kcal of fine carb/a half of bread loaf), too much blood sugar promotes inflammation and allergy.
  • I found that after I do vision therapy for a while, it turns out that I can read on glasses with normal correction but can't read on under corrected glasses.
    • Or may be it is because I read under flickering light which caused my eye fatigue faster which helps improve sleep quality so much

Oct 16th

  • Today, I stay home and heal my body with all day fasting.
    • yesterday I ate 4 meals ending at 3pm.
    • It usually makes me feel better and have more time to consider myself and my life.
  • I found that eating 5 meals in one day might deteriorate my reading, focus, productivity in the following day even though that day is the fasting day. Conversely, if I eat 4 meals, I can still reading and focus well in another day.
  • I have a question about why such a miserable or misfortune occurs on me. It might be because I had some wrong mindsets that made me miss out some important things.
    • I usually procrastinate which may be caused by the bad condition of my eye muscle(over convergence at near). Even though it is not my self-made mistake and not what I want it to be, the bad effect is unevitable.
  • It has already been one year since I spent my life chasing the unproductive work which is trading.
    • I haven't any profit and even lost 90% of my savings (I am broke now :S).
    • However, what I get one things which is a self learning technique that is just reading the best books in the field can help you so much in learning the things you want to know even though you are not born to be, gifted or talented. 
    • I think it is nearly end and I have to turn back to my old work and may be studying other thing(eg. coding).

Oct 15th

  • Combining Fasting, Meditation and exercise(HIIT) are so good for my adhd, my adhd symptops gradually decrease with in 1-3 months. i don't need caffeine any more
  • Today my reading is not going well again, because yesterday I didn't do vision therapy.
  • Trading business is not good at all, may be I have to turn back to my old job.

Oct 14th

  • Today, I stay home and fasting all day. And just stay sedentarily.
    • not much productivity occur.

Oct 13rd

  • Today I go running in the morning (HIIT method). I found that after running I can follow my routine better and my thought is also much more active
  • This is the third day that I've not done Alternate day fasting. But I still feel active in my thought and energized by doing HIIT running(with some better than only fasting).
  • I forgot to do meditation in the morning. The result is that I feel a little bit annoying all day.
  • Today, I found a merchant who didn't get any academic degree but can speak English with a foreigner so much fluent than me(even I can read english document). Which might means that my poor unfluent language may be not my fault, it may be because of some defect in my brain.
  • You will understand how important the money is when you have to use it, but you don't have it.
  • I found that after I go out running again I can focus much better, eg. listen to the english song and can recognise the word better.

Oct 12nd

  • when you obscess with one thing eg. learning new language, learning news skills, studying trade and investment, you will become successful at it eventually.
  • I'm thinking about eating 4 meals a day for 3 day then fasting all day for one day. Although the fasting time is decrease, the eating is not too much for digestion capacity of body which may be more healthier, instead of binge eating which will affect metabolic health and inflame body in the long run.
    • Then doing exercise for every other day by HIIT (running) for 10min.
  • I notice that after the day that I ate too much (5 meals), in the next day, my reading will get worse. It might be because of inflammation that eating too much did to my body.
  • However, today I tried eating again and observe the change to my body, my mental health.The following are what I've noticed
    • For the issue of worse reading ability caused by eating too much yesterday. Eating today doesn't make my reading better which means the problem that made my reading worse is not about lack of energy. It is the problem of inflammation from eating too much.
    • Eating too much yesterday also made my mental health worse. 
  • I think I shouldn't have a coffee, it causes me to be more hyperactivity and making impulsive decisions

Oct 11st

  • My reading is so much better, after I do vision therapy every day.
    • At the present I can seriously read all day! Even though I am not quite familar to it and also make me tired and littlely burn my weight, it is good as it should be.
      • But I have to continue doing vision therapy for a while until I am sure that I will be not relapse.
      • However, I find that I still can read only for a half of a day, I still have to do vision therapy for quite longer period.
  • For the sake of my english speaking skills, I think I should practicing and improve my confidence by reading book outloud. Although I don't take to anyone, uttering the words from my mouth is the point.

Oct 10th

  • When I was broke from undisciplined trade, I ate only 4 meals(4hr) and fasting over another day(44hr). Eating less and fasting more give me several ideas to survive which make me figure out many more things in in trading.
    • I also turned back to read my favourite book: The Art of Currency trading. It gave me the answer to my enormous loss which was the undiscipline trading. 
    • I also found that it give me better in sense of smelling
  • I think I will make a donation every other day with a little bit of money. Our life time is not much to just make donations only in important events. 

Oct 9th

  • I've just thinking back to the past. My life shouldn't be good like this if I haven't study Dhamma(Buddhist principle). Everything good things that I've got in my life is so much better than I should expect. And also, all bad things I've got are what I deserve.
    • So just admit what I have to do and live peacefully, even though it isn't what I want, is the best life that I can get. 

Oct 8th

  • Beware of my mom's mindset, she is not a wise or sophisticated person.
  • It seems like my reading ability comes back, my eye muscle problem subsided after I continued doing vision therapy(Brock's string).
    • after my reading better, my thought and my language are also better, because my brain gain more a lot of information

Oct 5th

  • At the several previous days, I tried alternate day fasting and eat only 4 meals and didn't exercise
    • this make my muscle and power decreased
  •  I found that after having done vision therapy again, brock string, for 2 days, I can read so much smoother.

Oct, 2nd

  • I found that my muscle problem is still prevailing because when I tried reading with one eye closed, I found that I can read smoother and easier than two eyes open.
