Aug 31th
- I found that I have ADD which is a variation of ADHD
- I have taken quite a long time to rule out so many things that affect focus in my work and my life eg. eye muscle problems, light flickering, and glaring but I found that even though I complete all those things without meditation, I still couldn't focus with a lot of distraction and got less productivity.
- However, when I meditate enough, I can always work and study like any other person.
- For my life, the most important things for self-development are meditation, alternate day fasting and 5min HIIT, which is arranged by importance respectively.

- Today is my feeding day
- I found that investment takes a long time to increase wealth, so it's not my business at this time.
But my business is trading because it uses less risk(with more proper knowledge) to multiply profit.- Because of less money to diversify and time, I have to focus only on trading.
Aug 29th
- I think my brain was not built for memorizing things such as language, biology, etc. but for that kind of logic esp. programming.
- When I study subjects that use memorizing skills, even though they look so easy and less stressful, I always can't get any good scores on them, I am always just sleepy after trying to study them.
- When I study subjects that use logic and calculation esp. programming, even though they look hard and more stressful, I always get pleasure from solving the problem and even do it over time.
- I always feel detached from the environment when I meet failure and sorrow. I think it is great because the environment will not has an effect on you, you don't need to please or care for anyone esp. people who you don't know. Sorrowness is a great teacher, although it comes and goes, the feeling of detachment from the world will stay with me and makes it so much easier to be happy with myself.

- Today is my feeding day.
- Cleaning a ton of dust that attached to the wall in my room yesterday, made me sleep a lot better last night, no more runny or constricted nose

Aug 27th
- Today is my Fasting day but I didn't do HIIT because I slept so late last night(at midnight)
- I slept late because I ate 7 meals including a meal before bed, it needed time to prepare(find and buy some food) which caused me to sleep late.
- don't sleep late, don't eat junk food or poor carb
- then eat enough to 6-7 meals within 12-14 hours, and do not eat after 8 pm.

- Today is my feeding day.
- I think at these times I always sleep late which is so bad, I have to rearrange my sleep cycle to be earlier and also wake up earlier too.
- Study multiple thing is so much better
- yesterday, I tried multiple studies in a day, it is so much better and more active than doing a single study per day, and I found that it is so much more productive.
- However, with the nature of the brain, which is lazy, doesn't want some kind of challenge and always tries to conserve energy like the body which is usually lazy for exercise and physical activity. It results in my brain creating delusive unhappy feelings for following my schedule. But when I control myself trying to do my studies as scheduled, it is fun unlike my previous wrong thoughts about it which means that many times the feeling of your mind and your brain can be wrong!

- Today is my fasting day with HIIT
- I did HIIT in the morning. I found that restricting feeding time to 12 hours makes me perform so much better than feeding for 16 hours.

Aug 24th
- Today is a feeding day
- My typing agility decreased a bit
- While I was traveling on the bus in the morning, my bus met an accident with a woman on a motorcycle who had slipped because of the wet road. She came under the bus and was crushed which resulted in immediate death. The thing left was the body of the woman on the road that didn't breath anymore.
- I feel sad and realize how easy life can be to leave everyone.
- I would change to study multiple subjects per day. Don't be serious about the outcome, it is not your fault, but adjust the process.
- it seems like my 'lazy' mind resists studying multiple things(because it is quite active and challenging), but when I sit down and stare at the text, I find that it will automatically study it.

Aug 23rd
- Today is my fasting with HIIT day
- I didn't have much energy, I couldn't perform at the maximum performance I could.
- After reviewing my timetable, I found that sleeping 7 hours is the most suitable for me. It always makes me perform well in anything I do eg. meditating, reading, touch typing, etc.
- However, I may also have to find the factors that make my sleep bad.
- It may be the heavy dust in my room that caused my nose to constrict and couldn't breathe while sleeping, a fan that directly blew the strong wind all over the night.

- With my glasses taken off, I can easily read books and even read on a laptop display all day. It implies that my eye muscle problem still prevails which was triggered with glasses(the more accommodation from len the more convergent my eye muscle).
- 1 tsp of salt prevent Fatigue by exercise on Fasting day

- Today is my fasting day with HIIT in the morning
- I found that after doing HIIT I feel so much fresh, I feel that I became lifeful again.
- I found that using the pointer technique while reading made me able to read even when I thought my eye had already tried.
- I'd struggled with my reading by glaring on the screen for 2 hours. However, after I changed the reading place to reduce glare, it got much better.
- In summary, today I can't read anything, I end up staring at the text all day without anything productive. I think it is because I slept less yesterday from 8hr to 6.5hr.

Aug 20th
- Today is my feeding day
- I feel that my muscles are much weaker even though I did HIIT on feeding day(the day before yesterday) which means that even replenishing enough nutrients especially protein after exercise didn't help maintain the muscles. Instead, exercise on fasting day has a maintaining effect on the muscle mass

- playing games, reading comics, and etc. that release unnatural(bad) dopamine makes my meditation and my life worse.
Aug 19th
- Today is my fasting day, I didn't do HIIT because I wake up so late(I slept for 9 hours last night.)
- I feel like time goes so fast, I assume that it is because I focus too much excessively on trade which so much waste of time. My excessive focus came from over-risk usage and not enough knowledge which made me unconfident in the trading system and always thought that each trade was a critical time for changing my life resulting in trying to use over-risks every time.
- The good principle in trade is that always spend most time on gaining much more knowledge, less keep watching on chart, focus on just only one-two chart, trade no more than 5 times per day with 0.5% risk limit per trade.
- Glare is a real matter in reading, not light flickering

- I found that reading at meals may not be the proper way to gain knowledge because it requires vision resources which have primarily been used in eating, so the more proper alternative may be watching English videos or listening to podcasts.
Aug 16th
- today is my fasting day but I didn't do HIIT because I slept late last night by reading a comic book.
- Today, because of some housework, I didn't go outside. Stay in the closed room, I met with struggling again in productivity. However, after I tried brute forcing my eye to read books with a pointer guiding technique, it worked(though it is not as good as going outside, at least, it saves my day)!

But if you switch to work that loads on different muscles throughout the day, you will be able to work all day without dropping in performance. - I found that increasing the distance until breathe hard and intensely makes me more active in a day.

- Today is my first day of fasting. Feeling tired and weak still occurs even though I ate plenty of food for 3 days and didn't exercise in the morning of the fasting day.
- Probably, the tired feeling normally occurs in transitioning from glucose energy to ketosis, not because of exercise.
- I found that my brain power and my focus come back when I have done fasting for 18 hours, which is the time in the transitioning of using glucose as energy to ketosis. But before that, everything seems bad.
- Also, I still have muscle injuries even though I ate enough protein. This shows me that the persistent injury might not caused by fasting, but the muscle may need time to rest.
- For the routine, I think studying one thing a day makes me focus much better and more continuously. Also, I don't need to distract myself by counting the time for each activity which allows me to focus on study much better.

- Today, I ate for 4 meals I found that I can read with much more focus and have the energy to process and understand the knowledge. Maybe, food is also important. Intense exercising when fasting may not be a good combination.
- However, My seborrheic dermatitis exists more. Eating more food makes my face produce more oil which will be the food for micro-creatures on my face(normal flora) and some of them induce my immune system to attack the skin surface causing the dermis to peel.

- I went outside to the university library to read.
- It seems like my eye muscle problem still remains. It hasn't completely been cured yet.
- I couldn't read much today when I placed the tablet upright in front of me. But when I lay it down on the table I can read it more easily.
- I am not sure whether I should continue studying technical analysis or not, I lose a lot of money from trying it without having studied enough before. However, I feel like the content of this kind of book can't make me enjoy reading; it seems boring to me.
- But if I haven't tried, I won't never truly know about it. It may be even a waste of time eventually. Unless I tried, I would never know.
- At this time I think I have to take a break from trading for a while until I finish studying it.

- Today I do all-day fasting with HIIT 5 min
- I felt like I didn't have much energy and felt like my muscles were soft. It was probably because I didn't eat enough protein yesterday but too much refined carb and sugary food(esp. at the last meal at 16 hours, I only ate one sugary snack).

- I think my new time schedule method is good for tracking. But for the idea and creativity, writing the diary is still the best.
- my reading was good in the morning but after that it became worse. I think it may be because I tried drinking less water to retain electrolytes which my not the correct method. The electrolyte loss probably has to be a concern after fasting more than 24hr which is today before bedtime. So drinking plenty of water has no effect on electrolytes in the daytime.
- I also found that I was lack of physical activities which made my body cold and inactive resulting in decreasing focus ability.
- I found that doing meditation after having a shower is so much better than doing it immediately after waking up because it feels fresh and has no sleepiness.

- Today I do all-day fasting and HIIT for 10 mins

- I tried upgrading a new version of the retrospective time schedule to track more factors and also added fixed routines with tracking.
- My meditation is so good today
- I think it is because I slept enough(8 hrs) last night which made me wake up without sleepiness and be able to do meditation.
- I found that the original textbook of "C Language" is the best textbook for the starter, its description is very clear, simple, and effective(not drowning you with unnecessary details, but explaining straight to the concept)
- I found that after I turned back to alternate-day fasting, my English listening skills came back, I could listen to the accent more clearly than when I did only HIIT with no fasting.

my reading performance may not completely relate to eyeglasses, the organ behind my eyeballs also plays much particular role which is the brain.I noticed that at today's morning even though I used my special reading glass, I still couldn't read anything but just got brain fog all the time on the bus.I don't know the cause which may be some kind of ADHD that came with me when I was born. However, I found that on the day that I do the meditation I always can read all day, no matter which glasses I use.
I tried reading a mathematics book. However, even though it is not hard and I have already read some parts of it, I just can't read it.I also can't read any other books, eg. financial books.it is like some kind of brain fog.I am not sure if this relates to the meditation which I didn't do well in this morning.
- In the evening, my eyesight comes back!!! I can now read again and I think it is quite better than before. This implied that after doing vision therapy(I applied the Brock string method), it would also take some time for the eyes to adapt back to the special eyeglasses.
