After eating the 4th meal, I found that my focus ability is worse. Or this means that my body’s maximum food digestion capability is 3 meals_
It might be because my 4th meal has little protein and plenty of refined carbohydrates which make my blood sugar spike very high and make me unable to focus for a long time.
- After waiting for few hours in order to let my blood sugar subside, my focus ability comes back.
