&lt;li&gt;Why am I so addicted to computer? it may be because in my childhood, computer seems so hard to be reach, so when I have one of it, I attach and addict to it unconsciously.
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Computer have too many distraction things, not education things.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;What if your life is &lt;strong&gt;under the influence and control of someone who is outdated and not sophisticated?&lt;/strong&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Don't blame on the other people.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Just &lt;strong&gt;seriously conform to 5 precepts of Buddhism&lt;/strong&gt;, then &lt;strong&gt;your life will be much clearer&lt;/strong&gt; from chaos or messiness, and &lt;strong&gt;you will find the answers by yourself&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Then, &lt;strong&gt;practicing meditation and mindfulness &lt;/strong&gt;which are the best way to develop and build your life. &lt;strong&gt;Especially, the mindfulness will improve your life in the fastest way &lt;/strong&gt;because 90% of problem come from yourself, if you know more about yourself, most problem in your life will be vanished.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;you indeed can't choose the correct way in life unless you have enough knowledge or experience in it.&lt;/strong&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;your early choosing is usually not much better than guessing. But &lt;strong&gt;use your instinct help a little bit more&lt;/strong&gt; than only listen to the other people's advice because usually there is no one who know you better than yourself. &lt;strong&gt;Your instinct is the composed result of your true feeling and experience that accumulated for a long time.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Trading is probing the market with good money management.&lt;/strong&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;it is probing because no one know what it will be and where it will go.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Jan 18th&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Still using the same life plan&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Trading&lt;/strong&gt;: I found that I didn't really hate trading, it is just burned out from trading without enough knowledge. I still need to learn more and more.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Programming&lt;/strong&gt;: it is the next target after I have more stable financial status.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Dentistry&lt;/strong&gt;: is my last insurance, in case that I made a mistake in trading again.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The 5 precepts of Buddhism is the foundation of mindfulness practice and any meditation&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I found that after I &lt;strong&gt;conformed to the 5 precepts of Buddhism, my mindfulness practice improved&lt;/strong&gt; even my meditation was more loose.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;The order of foundation in Buddhism
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;5 Precept &amp;gt; Mindfulness &amp;amp; Meditation &amp;gt; Wisdom and Enlightenment&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Meditation is not a foundation of Mindfulness. It is the additional that makes the mindfulness much better.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After &lt;strong&gt;I seriously conformed to the 5 precepts&lt;/strong&gt;, my consciousness came back and my mindfulness improved. &lt;strong&gt;My mind also become less messy&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;strong&gt;Many problems in my life also become clearer and easier to find answer.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;My eye muscle problem is still prevailing.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I found that after changing to the &lt;strong&gt;new glasses which didn't have addition function in the lens&lt;/strong&gt;, I got &lt;strong&gt;struggled in reading again&lt;/strong&gt;. This problem occurred few days unknowingly and resulted in less pages and time that I could read per day.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Then, yesterday, I tried &lt;strong&gt;doing Brock's string again&lt;/strong&gt;. And now,&lt;strong&gt; I can read so much better&lt;/strong&gt; than few days ago.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Jan 14th&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I think &lt;strong&gt;eating too much in alternate day fasting&lt;/strong&gt; is not good at all in the long term. It cause the body &lt;strong&gt;so much messiness with high and prolong blood glucose&lt;/strong&gt; which &lt;strong&gt;cause inert blood&lt;/strong&gt; and &lt;strong&gt;prone to cancer instead of more healthy; &lt;/strong&gt;although in the short term, its bad effect is not showed and body still capable to manage this critical stage, at some point, the body will fail to manage it and the big trouble will occur.
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Thus, I think the maximum meals that you can have in one day are four with exercise and fasting every after two eating day.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I should have &lt;strong&gt;good and comfortable place(at least physically) &lt;/strong&gt;to support myself from &lt;strong&gt;mental trauma.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Jan 10th&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;The more I am older, the less passion and inspiration I have. I have so much less fun to do things. Every thing is just done as the most people do in the similar format eg. coding course, training, etc.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Jan, 4th&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I feel like even though increasing feeding day and doing less fasting and do more exercise(HIIT) make my life more comfortable, I feel like &lt;strong&gt;the more I do fasting (with exercise) the sharper and active my thought will be.&lt;/strong&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;However, separately doing fasting or HIIT alone will not make my mind as much sharp as &lt;em&gt;combining them together and doing them more frequent&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Today is my fasting day, I didn't do HIIT in the morning because I gave a blood donation two days ago.
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;However, skip exercising make me feel like lacking of motivation and inert.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I have change back my main device from laptop to tablet. It is much more convenient.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Dec 28th&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Going outside is so much better than stay struggle in the house(room)&lt;/strong&gt;, even though I didn't read much, there are still &lt;strong&gt;many things that motivated me to do my work and reading more&lt;/strong&gt;, not just stay sedentarily and be lacking of dopamine in a little and limited square room.
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I think &lt;strong&gt;it is necessary for me to go outside every day&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;strong&gt;Which one who doesn't want me to go outside might not be my good friend.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Dec 24th&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Today, I tried going back to do an alternate day fasting method(a day of fasting and a day of feeding). It seems like after eating a lot of food withing one meal(very high calories of refine carbohydrate), it is quite hard to maintain focus on my work and I tend to procrastinate more.
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;It might not be the problem of eating method, but what I eat is a refined carbohydrate&lt;/strong&gt; which is not good for my blood sugar consistency and focus, no matter how much I eat within a day.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Dec 23rd&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I feel like there is &lt;strong&gt;much less idea produced and slower improvement in me&lt;/strong&gt; when I &lt;strong&gt;extend my feeding day to two days&lt;/strong&gt; instead of alternate between one day feeding and one day fasting.
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;My focus and English listening skills seem decreased &lt;strong&gt;even I tried doing HIIT more &lt;/strong&gt;which implied that the main key is fasting, not exercise.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Dec 18th&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I think &lt;strong&gt;the cause of lacking inspiration in myself&lt;/strong&gt; is that when I was a teenager, I made myself numbed to my emotion which provided me the ability to do the thing that I don't like, eg. studying for the university entrance examination. &lt;strong&gt;I have to stop suppress it and bring my emotion back.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Dec 17th&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Yesterday, I found that &lt;strong&gt;using kindle scribe make me read more than reading on tablet&lt;/strong&gt;. Maybe, it is because of the better eye comfort on e-reader.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Dec 16th&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I want to bring back the previous version of myself, the one who has a lot of creativity and aspiration(even though he has not much knowledge), not the clumsy and overthinking old man like this.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I think, in trading and investment, there are also &lt;strong&gt;so many ways of knowledge to make money&lt;/strong&gt;, such as Market or financial structures, Arbitrage, News, Economy, Long term value investment in stock, or even technical analysis in trading(swing trade, scalping). &lt;strong&gt;Every branch of them have their own principles&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;strong&gt;The "learner" shouldn't focus on making profit&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;but focus on developing knowledge&lt;/strong&gt; in all of those ways by enrolling for a course or reading every important book in every major branch. &lt;strong&gt;After studying all of their branches, then focus deeper on the way that you good at it.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Dec 14th&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;This is &lt;strong&gt;my fasting day after the two consecutive feeding day&lt;/strong&gt;, I also do HIIT running for 10 mins(this is the 2nd day of continuous exercise, counted from yesterday).
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I am totally find. Eating 4 meals a day within 12 hr for two consecutive day &lt;strong&gt;didn't decrease my energetic feeling.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I can still &lt;strong&gt;exercise by HIIT running&lt;/strong&gt; though it is &lt;strong&gt;quite weaker in the second day&lt;/strong&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I think&lt;strong&gt; I can't use my laptop much&lt;/strong&gt; even though it is great because the main priority and productivity is reading which the laptop can't provide the convenience much.
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;one problem of my laptop that inhibit my productivity is that &lt;strong&gt;there are too many customizable options &lt;/strong&gt;that make me don't accept the present condition and just work, but tried to spend time upgrading and customizing my laptop.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After I resold some of my stuffs, collected some funds and &lt;strong&gt;going back to the investing market&lt;/strong&gt;(not trading), &lt;strong&gt;I found myself more energetic like I am doing some meaningful work to my own life&lt;/strong&gt;.

&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Finance may be my secondary interests, apart from programming&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Dec 13rd&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Today is my 2nd feeding day, I eat around 3 meals.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I tried reading from laptop screen and found that reading on tablet is so much better. I don't know why, maybe my tablet screen(huawei matepad 11.5s) has eye comfort features.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Dec 12nd&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I found that &lt;strong&gt;in the past I buy a lot new stuff just for trying new things(and usually found them redundant)&lt;/strong&gt;, I found that it is very superfluous because some of them I barely used it. &lt;strong&gt;I feel so guilty to the earth that I am the one who destroy the environment.&lt;/strong&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I have to sell my stuff as 2nd handed.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I won't buy any new thing any more.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Dec 10st&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I am considering to &lt;strong&gt;extend the feeding day to two day and fasting for one day&lt;/strong&gt;. It is because in the &lt;strong&gt;only one feeding day period&lt;/strong&gt; I have to eat so much in one day(at least 5 meals) which also &lt;strong&gt;decrease my sleep quality, my mood stability, overload to my intestine and also increase inflammation(by high blood glucose)&lt;/strong&gt;.
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I would eat 4 meals a day for 2 days and then do all day fasting for one day.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;For exercise, I would try &lt;strong&gt;exercise(HIIT) in the 2nd day of feeding and the fasting day.&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Dec 9th&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I haven't wrote blog for a while but &lt;strong&gt;my life was not that bad&lt;/strong&gt;; at this time, my life is gradually better because I have &lt;strong&gt;more knowledge to manage my limited dopamine reserve in every day&lt;/strong&gt;, so I can &lt;strong&gt;study well at both programming&lt;/strong&gt; that I love &lt;strong&gt;and dentistry&lt;/strong&gt; that I'm usually bored.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I also have less argument with my mom&lt;/strong&gt;. Because I could focus better on Dentistry(though I also study programming) which is what my mom want. Having no stressful argument is very &lt;strong&gt;good for mental health for me and my mom&lt;/strong&gt;.
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;And I also read &lt;strong&gt;Tripitaka&lt;/strong&gt; that teach me about &lt;strong&gt;doing bad things(eg. talk bullying to each other) never be able to cause good results&lt;/strong&gt;. Also, &lt;strong&gt;doing&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;good things&lt;/strong&gt;(eg. not saying bad thing to each other) will &lt;strong&gt;never cause bad results&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;However, what I notice is that&lt;strong&gt; I focus less on my language skill, and its fluent is also dropped&lt;/strong&gt;. I feel it is quite harder to communicate in English.
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;What I have missed is practicing. So, &lt;strong&gt;I have to continue more practicing.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I notice that after the day that I did &lt;strong&gt;combination of HIIT exercise(running) and all day fasting(33-36 hrs)&lt;/strong&gt;, I can &lt;strong&gt;listen to English language much clearer&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Dec 7th&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I found that in the day that I go exercise(running outside), I will write my blog. But if I stay home or haven't exercise for a while, I usually don't write my blog. It may be because the idea usually come with exercise.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;li&gt;I have already changed my eye glasses to plastic glasses frame which has more narrow nose bridge(15 mm) which fit perfectly with my thin shape nose. It doesn't require any further adjustment like all of my previous glasses which some of them took more than a month to fit it to my face.&lt;br&gt;I followed this &lt;a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sKmfulWRsSM"&gt;guideline&lt;/a&gt; it help me so much.
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I don't waste my time(30min-1hr a day) to adjust my glasses frame any more and my focus is so much better.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I sell off my unfrequently used stuffs to gain more money for living a little bit longer&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Reading Tripitaka is so great. It contains the correct way to live that is suitable for everyone.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Dec 4th&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I found that gaming is a waste of time, even more than watching movies or anime because these things still give you some knowledge and creativity. But for gaming, especially when struggling in a game with no progress, it is really a waste of time.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Yesterday is my feeding day, I ate around five meal but didn't eat late night, I found that it make me more energetic and fresh.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Today, I tried going back to the nature to reset my dopamine by spending time walking around 30 minutes in the park without phone using. It caused me realized that I shouldn't play game, it does no benefit to my life, neither present nor future.

&lt;li&gt;For stress reduction, nature healing is far more better than gaming or any entertainment.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Dec 1st&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I lost myself for 3 days in a game addiction. But the &lt;a href="https://diarybe.com/brainlog/dopamine-สารสำคัญสำหรับพัฒนาชีวิต-และการค้นหาตัวเอง-ที่ถูกขโมยโดย-social-media"&gt;knowledge of dopamine&lt;/a&gt; help me getting myself out from this dead spiral situation.
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I also &lt;strong&gt;lost my health routine&lt;/strong&gt;(no exercise, fasting) because of an autopilot life which was caused by the depletion of dopamine by gaming.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;But eventually, I am glad that I could come back and continue write my daily log again.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I think &lt;strong&gt;I have to show up outside&lt;/strong&gt;. It is always better than just staying inside the room all day which mostly(always) prones to procrastination. Even though going outside is sometimes hard and tiresome, it is &lt;strong&gt;always much more productive and more life progress&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Yesterday, I spent all time in day playing a game in my room. No any productive, new idea, or etc occurs. I've realized that &lt;strong&gt;it is no matter how good the game is(perfect system, epic story), gaming is still one kind of addiction&lt;/strong&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Like, it is no matter how high the new recreational drug is, it is still a recreational drug which will deteriorate people life.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;In the morning, I didn't programming(the thing that I love to do). I found that, in the day, I am lack of motivation and focus to read dentistry(Thing that I didn't love, but can do). It may be because of the lack of dopamine boost from the flow state in doing the thing you love.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Nov 27th&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Yesterday, I didn't go outside. There wasn't much productive. Even though I did some programming, procrastinating prevailed more.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I still can't read constantly and usually mess with my eyeglasses and eye muscle problems.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I found that after I played game in the morning, in the later morning, I can't focus on reading. But then I tried increased my dopamine by resting among the nature, after that I can read very well.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Nov 26th&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I have a lot of issues with eye glasses fame that is not properly fit with my face. These problems &lt;strong&gt;wasted a lot of time in my life and also affect my focus&lt;/strong&gt;. Especially, because it is an adjustable metal frame, so I wasted a lot of time (and money) adjusting it.
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Unfitting plastic frame causes the same problems too.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;But I think if I choose the right plastic frame at the beginning, there will be no problem any more.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;However, I should wait for more time that my financial status is more stable before buying another one. Or the other choice is to eat less(4 meals + grain in the feeding day and fasting another day) and stop exercise for a while.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Nov 25th&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I think I still need to practice english by writing this blog. I found that it has potential to improve my speaking skill by faster producing the sentences.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Dr. Alok Kanojia has change my life. He drawed me up to the much better life path.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Dark mode is always better for screen, no matter which the environments are, the light emitted directly from the screen tired the eyes the most.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;I think I have to &lt;strong&gt;do the meditation while I am still fasting, before any breakfast&lt;/strong&gt;, because while I am still staying in the prolonged fasting, &lt;strong&gt;the BDNF in my brain is high which is good for practicing new thing&lt;/strong&gt;. But after eating, BDNF may decrease and cause less effective improvement or even worse to my meditation.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Why when I read programming, I can get through the content so fast with a lot of focus and full of fascinated and motivated feeling. I feel like it is so fun and such a classic.&lt;/strong&gt;

&lt;li&gt;But when I read dentistry, I have to try so hard to be able to focus continuously, no any motivation.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Today, I &lt;strong&gt;stay home and my reading productivity get struggled again&lt;/strong&gt;. However, I thought back to yesterday that I also struggle at reading though I went out side.

&lt;li&gt;Yesterday, I didn't go outside but stay in my room which end up as didn't read anything. Thus, in stead of procrastination, I spent time tidy my room and rearrange my working desks for future productivity and the result is great!&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;In these day, I found that my medication is worse. It has been occurred since I had soy protein in the morning or I didn't open the fan while doing meditation which made me sit uncomfortably.&lt;/li&gt;

It &lt;strong&gt;may improve a little bit&lt;/strong&gt; but the main function hasn't changed much. &lt;strong&gt;It is great that I improved myself, &lt;/strong&gt;but I have to realized that &lt;strong&gt;the core improvement might have a limitation and need long time to improve&lt;/strong&gt;. Even though I can read unlimitedly, the brain power to process the knowledge may need time to improve.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Not at all, the truth is that I was psycologically bullied by her which cause me to doubt myself and decide incorrectly, though my first plan was definitely correct.&lt;/li&gt;

She just wanted me to live all my life as she planned me to have which is doing a labor well paid job, no chance to go outside or study any others. &lt;strong&gt;She just wanted my life to be fail in the way she don't want.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;My english listening skill improve a little bit. Yesterday, I do HIIT with all day fasting.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Today, I eat only one meal because of I nearly have no money left. I think eat restriction also have benefit in more clear mind, more self focus, less distraction, and be truely yourself(hear yourself more).&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;I found that &lt;strong&gt;my bad mindset(angry to the world)&lt;/strong&gt; come from my&lt;strong&gt; toxic mother&lt;/strong&gt;, she never support me, but &lt;strong&gt;just want the immediate result to fullfill herself &amp;nbsp;without wanting to understand my real problem&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;I think I have to pretend to be a loser in front of my mom, esp. when she peck me. Also, just flatter her with by go her think, her opinion until she die.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;I found that in the week that I do &lt;strong&gt;hiit run more frequent I will trade better&lt;/strong&gt;, not the week that I do only fasting. But if I&lt;strong&gt; combine both exercise and fasting, it will be the best&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Reading &lt;/strong&gt;dentistry &lt;strong&gt;textbooks &lt;/strong&gt;give me a &lt;strong&gt;lot of valuable knowledge and technique&lt;/strong&gt;, this is why my &lt;strong&gt;toxic previous work place didn't want me to do this&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;I also tried a lot to be better, but no one appreciate me and always blame me for the faults. Instead, from my view, they do a lot of wrong thing that they even didn't realize.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Is money really my goal? or it is my mom or any other people goal's&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I found that &lt;strong&gt;reading on screen in dark mode&lt;/strong&gt; make me &lt;strong&gt;able to read all day without eye fatigue&lt;/strong&gt; which is great.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Nov 11st&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I found that reading on screen in dark mode produce much less fatigue on my eyes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I quite worry for my financial stability, my fund is left around 3-5 months. If I can't generate some cashflow by working, or even trading, I will surely have a huge problem.&amp;nbsp;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;However, trading is such a long term possibility game. It is not suitable for immediate cashflow generating.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;what I should do next?
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Read the dentistry textbooks and seriously go back to work as a old noob within a next few months&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Try finding new job that may be more easy to me such as the waiter, cashier, etc.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Go out as a beggar or homeless.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I found that my annoyed mood didn't occur after I decreased my meal times(from 6 to 4) in a day.(I used to do alternate day fasting with 6 meal in feeding day which is too much and cause my body inflamed instead of making it better.)

&lt;li&gt;4 meals for 2 days(with push up and sit up exercise separately in each day) and then fasting for 1 day(with HIIT run on fasting).&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;After I've come back to read some dental textbooks, I think it is quite fun and quite enjoy it.

&lt;li&gt;It may be because of my better eye sight(eye muscle condition), after doing vision therapy&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;now I feel like I can do anything from programming, trading, investing, health&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;In monkolla suta(มงคล 38), that firstly said about &lt;strong&gt;don't associated with bad people&lt;/strong&gt;. The meaning could refer to toxic, bully, or even people who believe in fallacy things. It can be even your parents, family member, friend, etc.

&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Even they used to do good things for you. Eventually, they can make you deeply desperate and ruin your life.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;I have determined, my life must be better than those low intelligence people in very easy ways. I will create it by myself and my self-improvement. &lt;strong&gt;I will not be the subject or puppet of those stupid people any more. I will live my very true high intelligence life.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Nov 8th&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Yesterday I had 6 meal. I found that eating too much in one day make my body health worse which results in bad mood on the fasting day
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I am sure that &lt;strong&gt;the bad mood didn't come from HIIT exercise&lt;/strong&gt; because I didn't do it today.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;if it comes from eating too much in one day, it might mean that &lt;strong&gt;eating much cause inflammation&lt;/strong&gt; to the body and &lt;strong&gt;result in micro injury &lt;/strong&gt;which causes &lt;strong&gt;sick-liked feeling, bad mood and be annoyed easily&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;If an anti-inflammation is the first priority, I probably should &lt;strong&gt;eat 4 meals a day(within 6 hours period) for 2 day then fasting all day for one day.&lt;/strong&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;and I will alternate the exercise methods between one day push up with sit up, and one day HIIT running.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Nov 7th&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;After i &lt;strong&gt;loosened the ear piece of my eye glasses&lt;/strong&gt; which cause the lens farther from my eye(lower the lense diopter), my reading ability came back. I am so glad with this.&lt;strong&gt; My eye still require the lens to be at the farther length&lt;/strong&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now, I can read while I am walking which is a good sign of coming back of my reading ability.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Nov 6th&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;I do all day fasting today, but having &lt;strong&gt;6 meals&lt;/strong&gt; for &lt;strong&gt;14 hour eating periods&lt;/strong&gt; yesterday didn't increase my exercising performance, but it prones to&lt;strong&gt; eating late night which cause poorer sleep and worse health&lt;/strong&gt;.
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I think the better method is to just &lt;strong&gt;eat within 12 hrs(usually 5 meals+ whey soy protein)&lt;/strong&gt; and &lt;strong&gt;don't eat late night&lt;/strong&gt; esp. avoid eating 2 hours before the sleep time.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I have tried &lt;strong&gt;no fap&lt;/strong&gt; for a week. The result is so fantastic, I can focus so much better on my work and study. The surrounding environment has less effect on me esp. &lt;strong&gt;the opposite gender&lt;/strong&gt;. The following are the techniques.
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Don't consume the media&lt;/strong&gt; such as videos or movies that has content &lt;strong&gt;about sex and especially porn videos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Don't touch the genital area&lt;/strong&gt; even though while there is a libido&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Don't do a masterbation&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Commit the eight precepts of buddism&lt;/strong&gt;(ศีล 8) at least&lt;strong&gt; every other day&lt;/strong&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;It is such a pity that I just live by staring at the chart price, but many great people live a life making great thing, &lt;strong&gt;even though they met obstacles, they use the knowledge to pass through them, not finding the shortcut to get easy money&lt;/strong&gt;.
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Are they successful because of luck? not at all, they do it by themself, &lt;strong&gt;they chose to fight with the problems in their life&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;They chose to &lt;strong&gt;fight with the problem&lt;/strong&gt; and &lt;strong&gt;not looking for the easy shortcut(like spending time monitoring the chart)&lt;/strong&gt;.
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;They don't spending time watching the chart and pretending it is their work but &lt;strong&gt;do real work for their own company&lt;/strong&gt; that contain&lt;strong&gt; their own stocks&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;easy money will result in paying with your entire life time and your dream&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;You can never do the great thing to the world just by staring at the chart for the entire life. &lt;/strong&gt;It may have some benefits but &lt;strong&gt;if you comparing the benefit that it produce to this world such as innvations, etc. with the time it waste, it is very small and not worth to do at all&lt;/strong&gt;!!!&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;This failure in my life is &lt;strong&gt;one example of not doing well studying or researching before jumping into it&lt;/strong&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;But I still keep studying everything I will be not closed my mind.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Today, I tried adjust my glasses to be farther from my eye, I found that make me reading so much better(I have met an issue with my reading again since I adjusted my glasses to be nearer to my eye)

&lt;li&gt;The problem may be caused by the &lt;strong&gt;flickering light&lt;/strong&gt; because after I've changed to read under natural light, though it is not the well control environment, my reading is better esp. than under the well control but with flickering light environment.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;I think my english is gradually improving very well after I have been practicing of using it by writing for a while.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;I think I should quit trading because &lt;strong&gt;it is not the productive job that can improve life or thought over the time passed&lt;/strong&gt;. My life is more valuable than this.

&lt;li&gt;I will do it as my side job in case that it doesn't have any effect on my life or my main job.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;I have some doubt about my mom

&lt;li&gt;I said that I still &lt;strong&gt;have a chance to go back&lt;/strong&gt; to work that well paid job because the failure is not my fault but &lt;strong&gt;need some times for preparation&lt;/strong&gt; because this work cause a lot impact to people life esp. if the worker is careless or don't have well knowledge.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;she still often blame me on my loser life&lt;/strong&gt; and &lt;strong&gt;doesn't support me(though she can do it easily)&lt;/strong&gt; the time or the emotion I need&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;she said that it is okay if I go to work as the lower paid waiter in some fast food shops to be able to &lt;strong&gt;give her some little money&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Such a pity! &lt;strong&gt;Maybe my mom is also a toxic person&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;However, she still support me in a few things such as food and place.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Today, I found that in the running with HIIT, &lt;strong&gt;the technique is to run like there is a tiger or a monster chasing you&lt;/strong&gt;. It produces a lot of&lt;strong&gt; huge breath&lt;/strong&gt;, &lt;strong&gt;faster entering ketosis&lt;/strong&gt;(burn fat) and my &lt;strong&gt;meditation is so much better&lt;/strong&gt;(focus and calm).&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;I think I &lt;strong&gt;shouldn't blame the other people&lt;/strong&gt;(those toxic colleagues) for my failure of my previous career path. Because it is &lt;strong&gt;not hard for me to come back distinguishly by just reading those good textbooks&lt;/strong&gt;.
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now it is my problem(not to blame the past) that &lt;strong&gt;will I read them or not, ortherwise read the other subjects&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;However, &lt;strong&gt;my trading is currently win for 10 day streaks(2 weeks)&lt;/strong&gt; continuously, it is an &lt;strong&gt;early sign of success from hard working and studying&lt;/strong&gt; of all year.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;And also my failure is the good time to &lt;strong&gt;prove which one is the true friends.&lt;/strong&gt;

&lt;li&gt;People who never ask for your problem, but &lt;strong&gt;only judge you from their view &lt;/strong&gt;is certainly not your friend.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;I found that reading from the display screen make me read less than reading from real paper material or an e-reader.

&lt;li&gt;it exclude the outside distracting environment and help you focus and consider on yourself.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sometimes, don't have somethings may be better&lt;/strong&gt;. For example, someone who &lt;strong&gt;has no friend may think that having a friend may be happier&lt;/strong&gt;. However, in reality, &lt;strong&gt;who knows?&lt;/strong&gt; that having some friends will be good and provide a better life &lt;em&gt;especially if that friend is not a good person&lt;/em&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Oct 19th&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;It is not about &lt;strong&gt;you are able or not able to be&lt;/strong&gt; a master in something esp. when you think you are not born to be. &lt;strong&gt;It is just all about you have knowledge of it or not&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;strong&gt;If you have correct knowledge especially from reading the good textbooks, it is sure that you can be the master or expert in it(no need to thing about lacking of talent, courage, etc).&lt;/strong&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;eg. You want to be a &lt;strong&gt;medical professional&lt;/strong&gt;. It is not about courage or coward to correctly treat the patients. It is about you have true knowledge about it or not.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;eg. You want to be a &lt;strong&gt;successful trader&lt;/strong&gt;. It is not about how much intelligent you are to figure out the market action. It is about you have &lt;strong&gt;true proper knowledge&lt;/strong&gt;(by &lt;strong&gt;reading a lot of books&lt;/strong&gt; with critical thinking) and&lt;strong&gt; mindset&lt;/strong&gt; about it or not.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;If you obcess in something, eventually you will become successful at it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Be &lt;strong&gt;humble solve your life problem faster and much easier than be egoist&lt;/strong&gt; which mean it can &lt;strong&gt;save so much of your life time and energy&lt;/strong&gt;. However, this can only be used with the small problem that doesn't have much effect on your life.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Now, I can &lt;strong&gt;wake up earlier with more energy &lt;/strong&gt;after I &lt;strong&gt;didn't have a dinner but have exercise(HIIT) in every other day&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Discipline is very important in life not only in trading
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;when you are lazy, you are wasting your valuable future resource which is time&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Oct 30th&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Last night, I slept so much better after I did HIIT exercise. I'm not sure that is it about sleeping with empty stomach(fasting), but even though I did it for several times, there is no anything good but &lt;strong&gt;just the day I went exercise that the better sleep and fresh wake up happen.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Today, I will try 8 precepts of buddhism(with 3-4 meals) and continue for 3 day&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;My trading has just got much better after I can control myself. It is around &lt;strong&gt;5 day streaks that I can make profits everyday with my simple trade strategy. &lt;/strong&gt;In the past, even though I can make profit with this strategy but I can't control myself to stop overtrade and overrisk so &lt;strong&gt;I lost a lot from my poor self-control&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;With my success from trading,&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;it is nearly the time to learn programming!!!! &lt;/strong&gt;as I always want or dream to.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I have to forgive to myself that &lt;strong&gt;I wasn't honest to myself in the past&lt;/strong&gt; when I was choosing between computer engineer and oral-health professional.
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Even though my inspiration and the target of all of my perseverance was computer but finally I chose oral-health, which hurt myself.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I am sorry to myself about that. I will forgive myself and do what my heart or my instinct tell me&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Oct 29th&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I think I will stop doing alternate day fasting because it is too hard for my body to eat a lot(at least five meal in one day)
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Instead, I would try&amp;nbsp;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;eating 4 meals a day for 3 days then fasting for one day.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I will eat within 6 hours, still doing IF18/6&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;At least every other day, I will do the 8 precepts of buddhism.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Also I will do HIIT running every other day.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;and now I stop caffeine because it reduce cerebral blood flow which results in reduce cognitive function&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Today, I stay home and don't go outside. I found that there is not much productive, I just stay still and didn't do anything.

&lt;li&gt;A trick is that don't do multitasking, when you are reading, just close every thing that is unrelated.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Oct 23rd&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Today, &lt;strong&gt;I go outside and read under non-flickering light environment. I can focus so much better&lt;/strong&gt;. There is no any anxiety-liked symtoms unlike reading under the flickering light environment.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I also found that eating 2 days continuously without fasting make my mind less sharper.
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I think eating 5 meals in feeding day and then fasting another day is the most suitable unless exercise.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I also found that in these periods that I haven't exercise for a while, my ideas also came out lesser.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Oct 22nd&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;After I did the 8 precepts of buddhism, &lt;strong&gt;I felt like the entertainment things in my life are such a waste of time and boring&lt;/strong&gt;. They just wasted the time in my life without any benefit gained.
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;While I was doing the 8 precepts, I usually craft for the entertainment in my mind, but after finishing the 8 precepts and tried those entertainments I found that it is just boring and waste of time.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;There may be no easy way to be rich&lt;/strong&gt; without &lt;strong&gt;time, effort, obcession, and love in the thing you do&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Today I read under flickering light and again I couldn't read well, and it also made my eye red.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I must love myself &lt;/strong&gt;though my mom want me to die because I can't make any benefit esp. money for her. I didn't do anything wrong. I always just try to solve my life problem. My mom is wrong that her greed control me to go within her chosen path.

&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Love myself, there are a lot of valuable things in me.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;I think it is good if I keep doing it every other day, not every day because I still want some entertainment. I may do it with alternate day fasting.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Today, I've just got &lt;strong&gt;nose running from air allergy and narrowed nostril&lt;/strong&gt;. It may be because I eat too much of fine carbohydrate in just one meal(650 kcal of fine carb/a half of bread loaf), &lt;strong&gt;too much blood sugar promotes inflammation and allergy&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I found that after I do vision therapy for a while, it turns out that I can read on glasses with normal correction but can't read on under corrected glasses.
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Or may be it is because I read under flickering light which caused my eye fatigue faster which &lt;strong&gt;helps improve sleep quality so much&lt;/strong&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Oct 16th&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Today, I stay home and heal my body with all day fasting.

&lt;li&gt;yesterday I ate 4 meals ending at 3pm.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;It usually makes me feel better and have more time to consider myself and my life.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;li&gt;I found that &lt;strong&gt;eating 5 meals&lt;/strong&gt; in one day&lt;strong&gt; might deteriorate my reading, focus, productivity in the following day&lt;/strong&gt; even though that day is&lt;strong&gt; the fasting day&lt;/strong&gt;. Conversely, if I &lt;strong&gt;eat 4 meals&lt;/strong&gt;, I &lt;strong&gt;can still reading and focus well in another day&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I have a question about &lt;strong&gt;why such a miserable or misfortune occurs on me&lt;/strong&gt;. It might be &lt;strong&gt;because I had some wrong mindsets&lt;/strong&gt; that made me&lt;strong&gt; miss out some important things.&lt;/strong&gt;

&lt;li&gt;I usually &lt;strong&gt;procrastinate &lt;/strong&gt;which may be caused by the&lt;strong&gt; bad condition of my eye muscle(over convergence at near).&lt;/strong&gt; Even though it is &lt;strong&gt;not my self-made mistake&lt;/strong&gt; and not what I want it to be, &lt;strong&gt;the bad effect is unevitable.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;It has already been &lt;strong&gt;one year&lt;/strong&gt; since&lt;strong&gt; I spent my life chasing the unproductive work which is trading.&lt;/strong&gt;

&lt;li&gt;I &lt;strong&gt;haven't any profit&lt;/strong&gt; and even &lt;strong&gt;lost 90% of my savings (I am broke now :S)&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;However, what I get one things which is a &lt;strong&gt;self learning technique&lt;/strong&gt; that is just &lt;strong&gt;reading the best books in the field&lt;/strong&gt; can help you so much in learning the things you want to know &lt;strong&gt;even though you are not born to be&lt;/strong&gt;, gifted or talented.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I think &lt;strong&gt;it is nearly end&lt;/strong&gt; and I have to &lt;strong&gt;turn back to my old work&lt;/strong&gt; and may be &lt;strong&gt;studying other thing(eg. coding).&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Combining Fasting, Meditation and exercise(HIIT)&lt;/strong&gt; are so&lt;strong&gt; good for my adhd&lt;/strong&gt;, my adhd symptops gradually &lt;strong&gt;decrease with in 1-3 months&lt;/strong&gt;. i don't need caffeine any more&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Today I go &lt;strong&gt;running in the morning (HIIT method)&lt;/strong&gt;. I found that after running &lt;strong&gt;I can follow my routine better&lt;/strong&gt; and &lt;strong&gt;my thought is also much more active&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;This is the third day that I've not done Alternate day fasting. But I still &lt;strong&gt;feel active in my thought and energized by doing HIIT running(with some better than only fasting)&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I forgot to do meditation in the morning. The result is that I feel a little bit annoying all day.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Today, I found a merchant who &lt;strong&gt;didn't get any academic degree but can speak English with a foreigner so much fluent than me(even I can read english document). &lt;/strong&gt;Which might means that my poor unfluent language may be not my fault, it may be because of some defect in my brain.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You will understand how important the money is when you have to use it, but you don't have it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I found that after I go out running again I can focus much better, eg. listen to the english song and can recognise the word better.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Oct 12nd&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;when you obscess with one thing&lt;/strong&gt; eg. learning new language, learning news skills, studying trade and investment, &lt;strong&gt;you will become successful at it eventually&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I'm thinking about &lt;strong&gt;eating 4 meals a day for 3 day then fasting all day for one day&lt;/strong&gt;. Although the fasting time is decrease, the eating is &lt;strong&gt;not too much for digestion capacity of body&lt;/strong&gt; which may be more healthier, &lt;strong&gt;instead of binge eating which will affect metabolic health and inflame body in the long run&lt;/strong&gt;.

&lt;li&gt;I notice that after the day that I ate too much (5 meals), in the next day, my reading will get worse. It might be because of inflammation that eating too much did to my body.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;However, &lt;strong&gt;today I tried eating again&lt;/strong&gt; and observe the change to my body, my mental health.The following are what I've noticed

&lt;li&gt;For the issue of worse reading ability caused by eating too much yesterday. Eating today doesn't make my reading better which &lt;strong&gt;means the problem that made my reading worse is not about lack of energy&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;strong&gt;It is the problem of inflammation from eating too much.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Eating too much yesterday also made my mental health worse.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I think I shouldn't have a coffee, it causes me to be more hyperactivity and making impulsive decisions&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Oct 11st&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;My reading is so much better, after I do vision therapy every day.
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;At the present I can seriously read all day! Even though I am not quite familar to it and also make me tired and littlely burn my weight, it is good as it should be.

&lt;li&gt;But I have to continue doing vision therapy for a while until I am sure that I will be not relapse.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;However, I find that I still can read only for a half of a day, I still have to do vision therapy for quite longer period.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;For the sake of &lt;strong&gt;my english speaking skills&lt;/strong&gt;, I think I &lt;strong&gt;should practicing and improve my confidence by reading book outloud&lt;/strong&gt;. Although I don't take to anyone, &lt;strong&gt;uttering the words from my mouth is the point&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Oct 10th&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;When I was broke from undisciplined trade, &lt;strong&gt;I ate only 4 meals(4hr) and fasting over another day(44hr)&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;strong&gt;Eating less and fasting more give me several ideas to survive which make me figure out many more things in in trading&lt;/strong&gt;.

&lt;li&gt;I also turned back to read my favourite book: &lt;strong&gt;The Art of Currency trading&lt;/strong&gt;. It gave me the answer to my enormous loss which was the undiscipline trading.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I also found that it give me better in sense of smelling&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I think I &lt;strong&gt;will make a donation every other day with a little bit of money&lt;/strong&gt;. Our &lt;strong&gt;life time is not much &lt;/strong&gt;to just make donations only in important events.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;I've just thinking back to the past. My life shouldn't be good like this if I haven't study Dhamma(Buddhist principle). Everything good things that I've got in my life is so much better than I should expect. And also, all bad things I've got are what I deserve.

&lt;li&gt;So just admit what I have to do and live peacefully, even though it isn't what I want, is the best life that I can get.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;At the several previous days, I tried alternate day fasting and eat only 4 meals and didn't exercise

&lt;li&gt;this make my muscle and power decreased&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;I found that after having done vision therapy again, brock string, for 2 days, I can read so much smoother.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Oct, 2nd&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;I found that my muscle problem is still prevailing because when I tried reading with one eye closed, I found that I can read smoother and easier than two eyes open.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;I found that TF day is so much better for trade.&lt;/li&gt;

It is just an identification of trend by using &lt;strong&gt;dow theory&lt;/strong&gt; and &lt;strong&gt;probability &lt;/strong&gt;of effect from trendline or SnR zone that will not stop out your position and &lt;strong&gt;risk diversification &lt;/strong&gt;by trade as many asset as you can.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;We &lt;strong&gt;shouldn't have emotion&lt;/strong&gt; with the market action because it is not us who can create the price action. Having emotion either stress or too much joy &lt;strong&gt;usually comes from using too much risk.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;When &lt;strong&gt;adding to the win position&lt;/strong&gt;, the &lt;strong&gt;stop loss should be at further price than the entry price&lt;/strong&gt; so that even the position added, there is &lt;strong&gt;no addition loss &lt;/strong&gt;or &lt;strong&gt;even zero loss&lt;/strong&gt;. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;I found that coffee probably ruin my trade, it creates emotional instability causing me unable to make a decision thoroughtly. There is a research showed that it may cause a brain unable to compensate to sleep deprivation which result in brain volume shrinkage. &lt;li&gt;Boasting is conversely related to knowledge that the person has, the more knowledge the person have, the less they bloat. It is because boasting is the feeling that they think they have enough or plenty of knowledge which in the reality it is never enough, so if they boast, they have a wrong mindset.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;I feel like my convergence insufficiency is relapsing, I tried doing vision therapy again which make my reading better.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;However, there is suspection of &lt;strong&gt;Parkinson's diseases&lt;/strong&gt;, because I have problem about &lt;strong&gt;difficulty of talking&lt;/strong&gt;, but not writing, and my hands usually &lt;strong&gt;trimble when I stay still&lt;/strong&gt; and I noticed that I usually &lt;strong&gt;rub my forefinger with thumb like rolling a pill&lt;/strong&gt; which is one of the early sign of this diseases. I also have &lt;strong&gt;persistent convergence insufficiency&lt;/strong&gt; which is one sign of motor control problem. Also, I &lt;strong&gt;lack of facial expression&lt;/strong&gt; and my voice is tend to be&lt;strong&gt; slow monotone&lt;/strong&gt; and&lt;strong&gt; lack of emotion&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;
&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;By huge loss from trading I realized that I am not genious or smart, I just a poor idiot gambler.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;My eye muscle problem comes back. I have to continue my vision therapy again.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I think I will &lt;strong&gt;quit trading and return to do my job or anything that make money and real benefit to people.&lt;/strong&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;trading has less profit and waste too much energy&lt;/strong&gt;, if I use &lt;strong&gt;my precious talented brain for doing real things for this world&lt;/strong&gt; esp. any difficult or complex work, there will be a lot of innovation created instead of just producing Carbondioxide waste day after day.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;however, &lt;strong&gt;trading with trend following is do able as part time job for increase wealth&lt;/strong&gt;, because of its simplicity and it doesn't require any brain power. But be caution that &lt;strong&gt;risk management is always necessary&lt;/strong&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;I have to rewire my brain and my habits to be more curious to learn any new things and read book in free time instead of spend time do nothing or only watching chart for trade&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;I feel like &lt;strong&gt;watching videos about suffering of people&lt;/strong&gt;, esp. sickness, give me more &lt;strong&gt;understanding of suffering of people&lt;/strong&gt; and &lt;strong&gt;give me more compassion for the other &lt;/strong&gt;and &lt;strong&gt;not to be selfish&lt;/strong&gt;. Also, I may have to meet with it myself in some day. I shouldn't just enjoy mylife and not make anything benefit to other people.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;Today, I tried changing back to do combination of alternate day fasting and HIIT again, after I found that doing Time restricted fasting for 3-4 day decrease my brain sharpness, my activeness and fastness of thinking.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;It is because all day fasting causes an artiificial stress to my body and induces it to improve itself such as muscle power, brain sharpness, ability to learn new things(neuroplasticity), but for TRF, it doesn't cause much or enough stress to the body to improve itself.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;I hope today I will not just sit around and don't read anything. I hope I will be able to continue my beloved studying.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;Today is the day two that I can't read well I am not sure why coffee didn't help. I think there is something about not sleeping enough, causing my brain unable to compensate to the stress that occur from inadequate resting if I have a coffee.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;I also found that my lacking of motivation has relationship with flicking light environment, after I tried changing place to the non flickering light env. it is so much a lot better.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;I also drank too much coffee which causes adverse effect on my focus.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;I found that reading on the e-reader give me more immersiveness and deeper understanding than on a tablet display.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;However, the quiet environment is still necessary even after having a coffee to improve focus in that day.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;I feel like my muscle power is decreasing after I've changed to Time restricted fasting; however, if I do alternate day fasting, I will feel very uncomfortable from eating so much in a day. What should I do?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;however, my decreasing of power may come from &lt;strong&gt;doing various exercises which make the body having to seperate the nutrient to many parts of muscle in the body instead of concentrating on one muscle.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I think I have already improved myself a bit because I just realize of my stupidity/how foolish I am.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ground coffee didn't help&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;Today I found that I can't focus on reading even for a short period of time in all day, though I eat a one shot of ground coffee in the morning.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;this means that my intestine can't extract caffeine from the ground coffee.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;So I tried drinking one shot of coffee in evening, then, not for a long time after that, I can focus perfectly on my reading again. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;Sep 24&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;I found that calmness and peacefulness from doing meditation is different from be able to focus from drinking coffee, even I can focus by drinking coffee, but if I forgot to do meditation, there will be a lot of tiredness in my mind.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;
&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;so meditation is always necessary for everyone.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;eating ground coffee bean directly may require fine grinding to allow the digestion and absorption faster. (I use to eat coarsely ground coffee 1.2mm which result in kicking in the evening, but if I grind it finer 0.8mm it will start kick in at noon.)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;Today, I did HIIT in the morning, I still got problem about insufficient energy for exercise. I can run so much less even I eat the same amount as when I do alternate day fasting(6 meals in 2 days.)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;I assume that if is because TRF allow me to use most energy for studying, but for alternate day fasting, I make me hugely burn most of my energy within one HIIT, and have less energy for studying.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;If I want to confirm this assumption, just try doing alternate day fasting again.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;Sep 22&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;I can read books all day for 4 day continuously after I start drink coffee one cup of coffee every day. However, I also changed from doing alternate day fasting to Time restricted fasting(TRF).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;The problem is that &lt;strong&gt;I can't do meditation anymore if I haven't a coffee yet&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;s&gt;And &lt;strong&gt;after doing TRF, I feel like my muscle power and exercise energy decreased&lt;/strong&gt; causing my performance drop. The important is that &lt;strong&gt;muscle power is one indicator that I use as my body health&lt;/strong&gt;, if it dropped after changing fasting method, it may mean that the fasting method may be not better than the method I did before.&lt;/s&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;&lt;s&gt;I am considering &lt;strong&gt;changing of the fasting method back to alternate day fasting&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/s&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;I found that I can read physicphysiphysics book with full concentrate and enjoyenjoy it so .&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;Sep 21&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;Today, I tried having a coffee before doing meditation and found that I can doing it better(more focus, calm and peaceful). It implied that my focus now mostly depend or rely on caffeine.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;I also found that HIIT make my brain sharper and be able to think faster, even though I haven't done a prolong fasting(only TRF), I think this method (TRF with HIIT) is better than Alternate-day fasting with HIIT because eating to much in just one day is not good and conversely bad for metabolic health.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Sep 20th&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;I found that after I've changed from alternate day fasting to Time restricted fasting(usually IF 20/4) and drinking coffee for the sake of my richful studying productivities(still do HIIT day another day)
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I can read productively after drinking one cup of coffee(around 175mg of caffeine)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;My meditation is worse, it doesn't give me peacefulness and focus anymore. I am not sure whether it was caused by shortened fasting duration(less BDNF) or relying on caffeine effect.
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I should investigate by
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;drinking coffee before doing meditation&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;doing afternate day fasting again.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Reading the great textbook from the great professors or experts inspires me a lot, these academic textbooks contain a lot of real world application examples which make the readers understand the important of those knowledge and make learning more meaningful, even mathematic eg. logarithm can explain the sound decibel or light intensity that decrease as logarithmic rate as the further distance&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Sep 19th&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Today, I tried eating coffee bean directly(around 15 beans). However, I found that my unfocus thinking was still prevailing, so I had a cup of coffee more, and its result became much better.
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;It might be because the coffee is arabica which has less caffeine than robusta and the bean is in small size than the regular, resulting in less caffeine.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Sep 18th&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The real problem is lacking of dopamine from my ADHD&lt;/strong&gt;

&lt;li&gt;
&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;I found that exercise produce the same effect as drinking coffee, especially after waking up that I won't have had a coffee yet.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;I also stop doing an alternate day fasting(fasting all day and eating all day in another day), because it didn't help with me focusing(didn't increase dopamine) and eating too much in one day may cause me metabolic disease in the long term.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p dir="ltr"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;This is the third day that I can read book with full focus after having a coffee in the morning.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;After discussion with myself about an alternate day fasting that requires &lt;strong&gt;consuming a lot of food in a feeding day may not be good for health&lt;/strong&gt;, I will change my fasting method to be&lt;strong&gt; Time restricted fasting&lt;/strong&gt; and follow the &lt;a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eight_precepts"&gt;8 precepts&lt;/a&gt; of Buddhism which eat food only in the morning, and not taking food after the noon of that day until the next day.

&lt;li&gt;I'll combine it with one cup of coffee again.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;This is the second day that I drink coffee(just a cup a day) my reading is good(it is the new record that my reading performance haven't dropped for 2 days). I hope my reading will be like this every day.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I don't know how fast the world is moving, but if I don't do anything to just improve myself such as reading books, I am sure that I am falling behind.

&lt;li&gt;but it is hard to just reading, because of my attention deficit(ADHD) by lacking of dopamine, I have to use a cup of coffee (which has an effect in brain stimulant to release dopamine) to be able to focus&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;The &lt;strong&gt;feeling that time passed so fast in every day with no productivity outcome has gone&lt;/strong&gt; when I drink coffee just 1-2 cups a day in the morning and afternoon.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I can read and &lt;strong&gt;do my work even&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;though I read under flickering light&lt;/strong&gt; which make my eye uncomfortable but I still can read anyway.&lt;/li&gt;

(many Youtubers always produce 'which one to buy' content, but nothing really productive from those new devices)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;I found that my productivity decrease more and more with weight loss(from 50 to 48.8kg). There are 2 suspected causes.

&lt;li&gt;Weight loss too much, I may have to stop fasting &lt;strong&gt;until my weight gain to normal.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Also I feel that my language skill don't improve much even I read a lot on macbook pro screen. I suspected that and &lt;strong&gt;tried compare&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;reading on my macbook and my another laptop side by side and found that reading and working on a cheaper laptop(without pwm dimming) is so much comfortable.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;I think my life is not very effective, there are some activities that is quite not effectively productive

&lt;li&gt;such as &lt;strong&gt;too much tracking of activities&lt;/strong&gt; in my schedule which require some portion of time spent but do not improve much outcome. Also, &lt;strong&gt;the tracking must have a reflection or feedback&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;system&lt;/strong&gt; to improve something in &lt;strong&gt;those inefficient daily routines&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;writing a diary&lt;/strong&gt; has the nature of a &lt;strong&gt;feedback mechanism in itself but not very systematically&lt;/strong&gt;. Conversely, &lt;strong&gt;tracking in schedule&lt;/strong&gt; is &lt;strong&gt;more systematic&lt;/strong&gt; but spends more time and &lt;strong&gt;doesn't provide many effective feedback&lt;/strong&gt; mechanisms.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;it must be simple, not too much tiny details, not complex, not boring but simply useful.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;I forgot to do meditation again, even though it is the most important thing in my day.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;If you want to&lt;strong&gt; develop any skill, do it in a meditated state&lt;/strong&gt; eg. Calculation, language, Programming etc.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Reading and doing short notes simultaneously &lt;/strong&gt;help a &lt;strong&gt;lot in understanding&lt;/strong&gt; and &lt;strong&gt;longer remembering &lt;/strong&gt;because it will urge&lt;strong&gt; the brain to actively process and structure the information which creates a lot deeper understanding and remembering.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I tried meditation before working and studying, the focus is so much better, and less procrastination.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now I am thinking about &lt;strong&gt;buying something&lt;/strong&gt; that will be useful for my life eg. a new smartphone or tablet, but I found that all things that I have(MacBook, Kindle Scribe, smartphone) can do all the job perfectly, buying more will be a burden instead.

&lt;li&gt;If I spend money on worthless things, even though I don't have much savings, &lt;strong&gt;it means I still can't manage money.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;What I should do is &lt;strong&gt;decrease my need by doing meditation.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;I love reading because &lt;strong&gt;my happiness always occurs when I learn new things.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;I am not sure whether should I &lt;strong&gt;publish my discovery(peeling the AG layer off the Kindle Scribe makes the reading better)&lt;/strong&gt; to other people who are interested in the web board. However, I think&lt;strong&gt; even the least of ideas or information that I post &lt;/strong&gt;will have benefit to the other.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;what you should do is to &lt;strong&gt;accumulate infinite knowledge to yourself. &lt;/strong&gt;So that your stupidity will become less and &lt;strong&gt;won't destroy your life.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;when I do a meditation, I find that sitting posture is also important. &lt;strong&gt;When sitting cross-legged the back has to be straight upright.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;When you have an idea and want to express&lt;/strong&gt; it to other people on the web board, write as much as you can, &lt;strong&gt;no need to be ashamed. If they don't understand it is not your fault, it is their duty to try to understand it.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
