I will try placing laptop on the desk again but turned of the lamp to see if the laptop really distracts me or it is the lamp that deteriorates my reading.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>26th Wed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>I still didn&#8217;t read much in each day\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><s>I found that reading under natural light without any artificial light is much better.<\/s><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I found that after <strong>move my laptop out of my desk and left only the e-ink e-reader, my focus came back which it is a lot better.<\/strong> It implied that<em> the laptop or any other communicating device are the cause of distraction and procrastination.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I loss a lot of profit from stock because of consumer&#8217;s confidence is lower from unveiling Trump&#8217;s policies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>25th Tue<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>I think I should read multiple things in each eay. Because reading only one thing is too boring.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>My language skill and typing skill decreased so much,<\/strong> I don&#8217;t know why, but I think I have to <em>start over<\/em> my practice again.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>I think, for English,<strong> I should learn grammar<\/strong> because if I just use experiences, the memories will not retain for that long. Also, healthy kidneys are great at retaining sodium.
