
{"id":3217,"date":"2025-12-06T07:21:38","date_gmt":"2025-12-06T00:21:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diarybe.com\/?p=3217"},"modified":"2025-12-06T15:57:51","modified_gmt":"2025-12-06T08:57:51","slug":"not-enough-sleeping-ruined-my-daily-life-not-much-hiit-but-still-good","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diarybe.com\/2025\/not-enough-sleeping-ruined-my-daily-life-not-much-hiit-but-still-good\/","title":{"rendered":"Not enough sleeping, not much but good HIIT, magic digital boxes, AI"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Today, I just <strong>overslept for 8 hours<\/strong>(from the normal 6 hours sleeping), and I <strong>find that my stress and irritability are less than on other days<\/strong>, which might imply that I am currently on mild sleep deprivation that causes fatigue accumulation and results in a bad mood and being easily irritated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>My meditation is also better.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>I also do <strong>HIIT<\/strong> at nearly 7 am (first sunlight is so good), though it is not the fastest running, but still causes me to breathe deeply and slightly out of my breath, which <strong>still produces a good result for my brain and energetic level.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I feel like those <strong>digital devices are magic boxes that draw our attention into them.<\/strong> The con is that <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">we lose our interest in the thing we love<\/span><\/strong>, because <strong>our<\/strong> <strong>attention is stolen by these digital boxes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I think <strong>relying on AI might have an effect on our critical thinking, research ability, questioning skills, and learning skills<\/strong>. It&#8217;s like you don&#8217;t have the deep thinking or analyzing ability by yourself, but always have to ask the expert whether your thought is right, which <strong>means you will never be an expert in anything if you use AI.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The correct use of AI is <strong>using it to do the job that you&#8217;ve already been an expert or master in<\/strong>.
