Hope the reading goes better.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>24th<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Today, I am doing a prolonged, all-day 36-hour fast.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>I can focus a lot better on my highly focused required operative work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It provided me very simple life which I can read a book after work all time in the evening.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Also, it didn&#8217;t cause any bad effect on my body, I still have enough energy to read books.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I should read at least 10 pages of books every day to change my life.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>23rd<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>My work became worse today. I didn&#8217;t know why. But there were some suspected causes\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>I eat a very large meal late at night. Then eat again the next day(no fasting).\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>T<strong>he real problem might be eating too much<\/strong>. I suppose that even though I didn&#8217;t fast but exercised, my cognitive function could still be better.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I didn&#8217;t practice a retained pencil push-up.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I think to practice mindfulness, I should study mahasathi patthana suit as a guideline.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>22nd<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>I found that <strong>it may be cortisol that slows down my self-development<\/strong>. It was caused by letting the body fast after doing vigorous exercise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I use my MacBook much less after I&#8217;ve bought several tech items such as an e-reader.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>18th<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>I find that I can read so much better on my e-reader if the environment has enough 500-lux light intensity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>17th<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>After I did a pencil push-up but retained the  near range for 3 minutes last night, <strong>my eyes work a lot better today<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Meditation after HIIT<\/strong> is a lot better, more calm, much deeper focus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>15th<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>It&#8217;s so much better when I fast for more than 24 hours.<\/strong> I become more energetic and can do a lot of things that are good for myself.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>I have to say this again, that it is really good, I need to do it again and again as much as I can.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>8th<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Currently, I don&#8217;t follow the routine much, maybe I was less strict with myself.<strong> I gotta follow the routine again.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>7th<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>I have got the new e-reader, which is Boox Go 10.3. I feel like <strong>it is easier to read than my old ereader<\/strong>, because without the LED layer, the text pops out to the eye, and it becomes like a real book.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Today, <strong>I also read a lot<\/strong>. It might be because <strong>my eyes just adapt to the new glasses.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>6th<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>My meditation is still calm, peaceful, and great.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I think my bad reading after changing to new glasses is from my subconscious feeling, not actually the eye itself. Because..\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>I was still able to do highly required eye-focused work well.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I can still read novels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>But I just can&#8217;t read some textbooks that I am reading currently.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>5th<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>I think the problem of reading less after changing a new glasses is just about the brain, not the eye muscles. Because I find that although I can&#8217;t read a textbook,  I can read a novel or anything light to the brain.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I found that I haven&#8217;t followed the <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/spreadsheets\/d\/1Yb__bjf7F24F89gonyJKgt2zWy8-bz9fzbubjE9cF7A\/edit?usp=sharing\">reading schedule<\/a> for several weeks.
