
{"id":1159,"date":"2025-06-02T22:33:31","date_gmt":"2025-06-02T15:33:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diarybe.com\/?p=1159"},"modified":"2025-07-01T21:55:39","modified_gmt":"2025-07-01T14:55:39","slug":"june-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diarybe.com\/2025\/june-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"June 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Mon 30th<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>I suppose the feeling of <strong>emptiness and depression<\/strong> that occurred in my mind for a week was <strong>caused by not reading financial news, which has been my attachment for a long time<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Sun 29th<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>After changing to new eyeglasses, I read less, and my work became worse<\/strong>. I think I need some time to adjust to the new eye prescription.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>I will not give a shit about my look on my new glasses.<\/strong> It&#8217;s like many other doctors who aren&#8217;t handsome, which is certainly common.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Fri 27th<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Don&#8217;t let any foolish decide or choose any life choices for you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Thu 26th<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This latest week, I got distracted by the guilt of the compromised treatment I&#8217;d done on patients. It made me depressed, and I didn&#8217;t read books much.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The compromised treatments were caused by the change in the new glasses prescription(more myopia), which I wasn&#8217;t sure if <strong>it was too strong and might make my focus ability worse.(If it was a correct prescription the image should be perfectly reflex on my retina and I should see better without any eyestrain or adjustment problem.)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>So after I&#8217;ve changed back to the old glasses, my work becomes better, and without any guilt or depression,  I can read dental textbooks again in order to improve my work and lessen faults.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Wed 25th<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Doing less meditation causes more depression.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Sat 21st<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>I feel like <strong>when I ate the presoaked bean, my work performance declined the next day<\/strong>. However,  I am still not sure; it still requires confirmation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How you spend time in your daily life is also an investment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I tried to adjust my glasses frame to be slightly distorted to the right side, but it makes my reading worse, so I have to turn it back.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Love is just a demand and supply, but friendship can be unlimited support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Fri 20th<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>My eye muscle symptoms have resolved<\/strong>, and I can wear the full correction glasses and do operative work perfectly. Also, my reading is much better; I feel like the text I read is directly imprinted on my retina, so my brain can process the text very much faster.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Currently, this week, I read less but watch more movies and entertainment. <strong>I found that I am still poor in wisdom\/knowledge and wealth, which I should crave more reading instead of consuming entertainment.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Mon 16th<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>My actual <strong>self-improvement comes from doing meditation in the morning of a fasting day<\/strong>, after doing HIIT and before going to work. <strong>Fasting is still necessary to maintain my meditation and body calm.<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>I focus better with Fasting. It makes my brain focus more because of a lack of nutrients. <strong>When the body is starving, it will naturally sharpen focus and the 5 senses in order to find food.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>porn and entertainment\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Watching porn makes you think pervertly. it effects prevails one month after latest watching.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Watching entertaining anime or movies making your brain too much lazy and more worsely focus for reading(it makes your brain weaker).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reading ability comes back<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>I can read again after having returned to doing alternate-day fasting instead of 2-day feeding alternated with 1 day fasting.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Sun 15th<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The problem between my mom and me is that she doesn&#8217;t understand the value of me, but<strong> always acts like what I have done was wrong or devalues me<\/strong>, which usually makes me lack confidence in what I am doing(but according to the truth, it is correct).\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>This is such a common kind of uneducated people who don&#8217;t like to study or gain more knowledge in their lifetime.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I found that <strong>I can read much better today after 36 hr fasting yesterday<\/strong>, which means&#8230;\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>HIIT wasn&#8217;t the main thing that promoted my productivity, but the alternate-day fasting is. I had tried HIIT for 2 continuous days without fasting, but it didn&#8217;t help improve focus and reading productivity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I used to do ADF without HIIT exercise for several months, but I was still able to focus on my reading.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I think I might have to change the Dhamma teacher because I myself might not fit in with the current method. <strong>Maybe the Tripitaka reading<\/strong> is the answer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reading too much news for investment doesn&#8217;t produce more benefits<\/strong>. So I will read less, but spend time increasing my knowledge instead.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Sat 14th<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>I found that my focus, energy, and productivity decreased a lot this week, but I didn&#8217;t know the cause.
