Tue 30th
- I think I shouldn’t read more than 3 books at the same time, because it will never finish.
Mon 29th
- Thinking back to the past, when I could read books a lot without being addicted to entertainment, I did a lot of correct meditation that was taught by Somdet Pra Yanasankwora, not just the 8 precepts.
Sun 28th
- it seems like after I’ve reached my best cognitive function, the reached goal is varnished, which makes me lack passion and purpose. So I need to find the next goal, which is to make all my intelligence benefit the world.
- I see an exact example of how knowledge can be applied to our lives from Dr. Stone; it is such a great inspiration
- For those bad memories that periodically appear in your mind, the proper management is not to ignore, but to overcome them. Ignoring them doesn’t make those bad memories disappear. But when you overcome them, it means that you’ve found the wisdom, learnt something, and been ready to move on.
Fri 26th
- I suppose that doing a pencil push-up before reading books doesn’t help much more than doing a thing that makes the brain perform better.
Wed 24th
- It will be very stupid if I let just a few people’s comments, whom I barely talk with, let me down.
- Today I do Alternate day fasting(this is the fasting day)
- After work, I can read Reuters, read Books, and anything I want perfectly. My brain has already come back.
Tue 23rd
- Today, I can’t read books at all, even though I have plenty of time all day. I didn’t eat breakfast, but did moderate exercise in the morning.
Mon 22nd
- I found that on the feeding day, even though I didn’t eat much until my stomach was tight, I still couldn’t read.
Sun 21st
- Today, my meditation is so much better(so naturally breathing, calm, peaceful, and very much deep focus than I’ve ever done), especially when I do it while my stomach is empty and after doing HIIT exercise in the morning.
- I wasn’t sure if it was influenced by
- My 80hrs prolonged fasting before.-> When I couldn’t read or do anything, I did the meditation.
fully filled my sleep without an alarm last night
- The meditation is very much deeper!
- I wasn’t sure if it was influenced by
Thu 18th
- 😅I found that I’ve got a lot fewer ideas when I did prolonged fasting for 3 days than alternate day fasting.
👍But my working hand skills improved so much better on the third day. It is like I could calculate much more a lot factors in the same time so that I can pass through every hard case perfectly.- I think I still have to do an experiment a lot more. (Try doing alternate-day fasting again.)
Sat 13rd
- Don’t let emotion control you, or don’t let yourself be driven by emotion to do anything. You should have self-awareness and think more a lot logically.
- Emotion is processed in the limbic system, which is the old evolution. It doesn’t always come at the right time in our new age lifestyle.
- Think more and more, it is the new evolved skill of humankind, which is in the prefrontal cortex system; our life truly depends on it.
Fri 12nd
- For those 3 fasting days that just passed, I still got a lot of dizziness, even though I tried taking a lot of salt.
- It might not be the problem of insufficient salt. But it is the basal metabolic rate that went down during prolonged fasting, which would be fixed correctly by doing more exercise(moderate intensity is preferable, not just light activities)
- While in prolonged fasting, I still got hyperfocus mode, but less if it was without exercise.
- Anyway, after fasting, I feel a lot calmer, less binge eating(better self-control when eating: eating consciously), and I think my brain works better, which appears in language skills, my dental operative treatment hand skills, and focus ability.
- Doing a pencil push-up before work or reading does really improve performance.
- What causes addiction is anything that gives rewards, which mostly come in the form of rewards(new items, skills) in games, amusement or excitement in movies, or even the successful application of knowledge(makes your life / work better) you learn from reading books in real life.
- But the artificial rewards from entertainment are mostly much more intense than the rewards from achievements in real life.
- So, avoiding artificial rewards will make rewards in real life a lot more valuable.
Tue 9th
- I feel like eating too much is always too hard on my body.
Mon 8th
- กินมาก กิเลสแรงขึ้น โมหะแรงขึ้น สมาธิลด สติลด อ่านหนังสือลดลง
- What if I determine my second job as a reader? which means reading is the thing that I am required to do.
Sun 7th
- The Least Pain-Seeking Theory: Making your life more miserable is the key to urging yourself to read or work more
- It is the least pain-seeking theory that we creatures tend to do thing that causes less pain. Eg,
- Choose to be killed or read.
- Go to work under the hot sunlight or read in the cool room
- * But if there are choices between reading or watching cartoons/movies, it’s quite sure that you tend not to read.
- This technique must have two choices that are always clearly visible in the same circumstance. I.e., place an image of a gun that points directly at yourself with the word “read or die”, place an image of hard work under hot sunlight at your reading desk.
- Inspiration might not help when you are under the influence of an environment which is much more potential.
- It is the least pain-seeking theory that we creatures tend to do thing that causes less pain. Eg,
- I found that doing HIIT in the morning makes my body manage blood glucose a lot better, leading to better focus, especially on the feeding day when I eat many big meals. Besides, when combined with pencil push up, reading is so much better.
Sat 6th
- Keeping distance is the key to dealing with stupid people.
- Blaming yourself for the thing they can’t reject. Eg, sorry, I am the selfish jerk.
- I found that I can read book well only when
- My stomach is not full(if it full, I can’t read)
- My blood sugar is going down(If it goes higher, I can’t read), esp after exercises.
- I am fasting
- Note: Eye exercises do not help much if my brain doesn’t process what I see.
- There is no meat in my last 3 meals(no chicken breast, but 5 eggs and 200g beans), which makes my digestion much easier and comfortable.
- Also, light exercise/ strength training after a meal also helps a lot to urge the muscle to store sugar from the blood faster.
- Lowering the price doesn’t make people love your product or service.
Because, in the long run, people don’t remember the price, but they remember the quality and experience that they get from the product. - I think I should make my life miserable, so I read more.
Fri 5th
- I found that sleeping without a doll makes me sleep better because instead of using my arms to hug the doll, I can use my two arms as a pillow under my head when I sleep on the side, which has a perfect height.
- I found that deep sleep is much more important than fasting in some aspects(but fasting is still necessary). It makes my brain clearer and better emotional stability.
- My emotional stability is worse after eating huge meals every day late at night without fasting.??
- I will still continue doing prolonged fasting on workdays because if my brain is better, I can work better. If it becomes worse, I will terminate the plan immediately.
- How do I not get angry at stupid people?
- While I do prolonged fasting, I can read a lot more.
I also notice that doing a pencil push-up in the morning makes my work and reading a lot better(I also fasted today).
Mon 1st
- I think the hard digestion problem is caused by chicken breast, because today even one portion of chicken breast without bean causes my stomach to be tight and bloat as the same as my common big meal that has chicken breast with beans, so beans aren’t the culprit but chicken breast.
- Hardness to digest: egg, bean, fish < chicken breast < pork < beef
- I just got an upset stomach (Salmonella infection) from unwell cooked egg, which gave me diarrhea.
