Mon 19th
- I can ride a motorcycle so much better.
- This implies that the interval 4×4 exercise I did last Saturday has an improvement effect on my brain. Getting enough nutrient replenishment and resting might also be the main key to recovery.
- My meditation is also improving gradually day by day. It is coming back to the previous best level in prolonged fasting.
- I do it after exercise and showering, and before eating, because eating and digesting will decrease my focus ability and ruin my meditation practice

- Light vs sound alarm
- I found that using the Light alarm instead of the Sound alarm makes me sleep and wake up much more naturally. When I feel tired, the light alarm will not disturb my sleep, and my body can continue resting until it is enough, and then it will wake up automatically, unlike the sound alarm that makes me irritated and inhibits my sleep continuity, even though the sleep isn’t enough.

- I found that sleeping for 7 hours is the last factor to unlock my reading ability. Yeah, I can read it again after falling into the brain fog stage for several weeks of sleeping for 6 hours.
Wed, 7th
- I found that exercise (Interval and zone 2) doesn’t increase focus ability like when I did get in prolonged fasting(84hr), but the meditation does.
- Exercise is still good, but it doesn’t make me the greatest hand skill dentist like meditation.
