Meditation’s got much better after fasting longer.

After I have decreased the feeding period time which means a longer fasting time, my sleeping quality becomes so much better now, and also my meditation improves.

The golden rule is do not eat after the sun set, because insulin will interrupt with melatonin which results in poor sleep quality.
