26th

  • Try enduring with fasting and HIIT, then read books during day time.
  • Adjust the glasses to have a lesser pantoscopic tilt. Hope the reading goes better.

24th

  • Today, I am doing a prolonged, all-day 36-hour fast.
    • I can focus a lot better on my highly focused required operative work.
    • It provided me very simple life which I can read a book after work all time in the evening.
    • Also, it didn’t cause any bad effect on my body, I still have enough energy to read books.
  • I should read at least 10 pages of books every day to change my life.

23rd

  • My work became worse today. I didn’t know why. But there were some suspected causes
    • I eat a very large meal late at night. Then eat again the next day(no fasting).
      • The real problem might be eating too much. I suppose that even though I didn’t fast but exercised, my cognitive function could still be better.
    • I didn’t practice a retained pencil push-up.
  • I think to practice mindfulness, I should study mahasathi patthana suit as a guideline.

22nd

  • I found that it may be cortisol that slows down my self-development. It was caused by letting the body fast after doing vigorous exercise.
  • I use my MacBook much less after I’ve bought several tech items such as an e-reader.

18th

  • I find that I can read so much better on my e-reader if the environment has enough 500-lux light intensity.

17th

  • After I did a pencil push-up but retained the near range for 3 minutes last night, my eyes work a lot better today
  • Meditation after HIIT is a lot better, more calm, much deeper focus.

15th

  • It’s so much better when I fast for more than 24 hours. I become more energetic and can do a lot of things that are good for myself.
    • I have to say this again, that it is really good, I need to do it again and again as much as I can.

8th

  • Currently, I don’t follow the routine much, maybe I was less strict with myself. I gotta follow the routine again.

7th

  • I have got the new e-reader, which is Boox Go 10.3. I feel like it is easier to read than my old ereader, because without the LED layer, the text pops out to the eye, and it becomes like a real book.
  • Today, I also read a lot. It might be because my eyes just adapt to the new glasses.

6th

  • My meditation is still calm, peaceful, and great.
  • I think my bad reading after changing to new glasses is from my subconscious feeling, not actually the eye itself. Because..
    • I was still able to do highly required eye-focused work well.
    • I can still read novels.
    • But I just can’t read some textbooks that I am reading currently.

5th

  • I think the problem of reading less after changing a new glasses is just about the brain, not the eye muscles. Because I find that although I can’t read a textbook, I can read a novel or anything light to the brain.
  • I found that I haven’t followed the reading schedule for several weeks. This started when I got my new, stronger prescribed eyeglasses(17 June 2025).

2nd

  • After I did pencil push-ups for several days, I found that my dental operative work had become so much better and returned to a normal stage.

1st

  • I think I should have more time to read other books, not just watch movies.
