After eating the 4th meal, I found that my focus ability is worse. Or this means that my body’s maximum food digestion capability is 3 meals?
It might be because my 4th meal has little protein and plenty of refined carbohydrates which make my blood sugar spike very high and make me unable to focus for a long time.
- After waiting for few hours in order to let my blood sugar subside, my focus ability comes back.
