- Gaming makes me sleep so bad and wake up late. It doesn’t improve my skill that much compare to the health of my brain that loss of control from dopamine fluctuation.
- My meditation becomes worse I think it is because I didn’t sleep well or enough. I think going to sleep faster would help.
- My life management is also worse, I think doing too much prolonged fasting is the cause.
3rd Wed
- Studying isn’t equal to reading.
- Studying include proper environment that preventing distraction, doing research of information, not just reading.
- Reading is just a subset of studying.
2nd Tue
- I would try sleep for 6 hours and see if it really bad for me. Try it for one week.
- I found that quitting entertainment and music is great, it makes me stay with myself more easily and be happy easier without the need of outside things.
- I should care a little bit more for my patient. Eg. after treatment
- The reason that I can read at work but not at home might be because that there is a little bit more good stress at work environment which stimulates me to do things.
- I found that my emotion is so much better and more stable, after I quit relying my mood on music and entertainment.
- Reading from screen doesn’t cause eye problem
- I read at screen for an hour at noon, it didn’t effect my dental work at all.
- It might be because I do more eye exercise.
