26th Thu

  • I tried exercise as AI suggested, but I found that my skill recede gradually. It can’t even maintain my skill which means that exercise only is not enough to create change in neuroplasticity. I think prolonged fasting 72 hr every week that gradually improve my skill significantly is so much better.
  • Today, I do prolonged gasting, but in the morning, my work skill and my thought become worst, I can’t find out why…
    • Summary: the culprit is that metabolic switching period that make me brain fog, not my eye muscle, sleep or coffee.
    • In the afternoon, my main energy had fully changed to ketosis which made my brain can perform fully function and I can work really well.

23rd Tue

  • I found that using AI in all things might not be good for my cognitive function and my self-understanding. I think intermittent fasting in using AI might be the best way to maintain both the benefits from cognitive function and life solution by AI.
  • I haven’t done meditation for a while, so I might have to decrease my sleeping time to provide it for meditation.
  • Reading for life(easy lesson) at work is much better than reading for work (the hard things)

18th Thu

  • I found that my work performance is correlate with my Near point of convergence, when I do more retained pencil push up and my NPC decreases I can work and read a lot better.

17th Wed

  • I think I should do meditation even though it is in the poor state.
  • I should gamification my reading. This method is more suitable for ADHD.
  • Meditation and Gamification are great ways to deal with ADHD, because ADHD people tend to be bored, which makes them better at exploring new things and connecting the information differently from normal people.

16th Tue

  • It is the problem of meditation that causes all problems in my life and my work.
  • It is not true that dental surgery is easy, it needs a lot of brain focus, cns, concentration.
  • After exhausted from work, I do mini meditation, and I can read again.

15th Mon

  • I slept more last night(7 hours from 6 hours). It makes me feel a lot better, less stressed, more focused, more productive, and also my blood sugar goes down from 100 to 92.
  • I found that my work is a lot worse after that last weekend, as many things have changed.
    • I skipped several eye exercises.
    • I’ve changed my sleep time.
    • I can’t do meditation after a decrease in sleep time.
    • I can’t focus on reading at all on the weekends and do a lot of procrastination.
    • I eat a lot of beans and cereal in the morning(before work), which contain a lot of carbohydrates. – I used to do this before but it didn’t effect work that much.
  • Focusing on gradually increasing the Heart rate to the maximum to release BDNF. It is not about breath or tiredness at all
    • After talking with AI about running and heart rate, which will really improve my ADHD symptoms, it suggested that I should do progressive running to gradually increase my heart rate and achieve the maximum heart rate. It said that my current HIIT doesn’t achieve max HR because my leg muscles become tired before the heart gets its maximum beats, and the accumulated CO2 that makes me unable to catch my breath doesn’t relate to lower O2 at all, which means the brain doesn’t get the benefit of BDNF at all.
      • After doing this(progressive running) to reach max HR(170-180+) in the morning, I found that I gained much more focus in reading, and my ADHD symptoms became much less.
      • This running type is like when I practiced running in high school grade 4, which made me genius-like(can calculate multiplication of 3×2 digits in my mind)
    • AI explains that it is the result of Heart rate, not tiredness or breath.
      • Max HR more cerebral perfusion in the brain when the Max HR is reached, which makes the nutrients reach deeper into every part of the brain.
      • Max HR makes the brain release BDNF, not the breath.

14th Sun

  • Sleepless -> sleepiness -> can’t do meditation -> ADHD symptoms come back -> can’t read/work/decide well.
    • I think I should sleep for 7 hours.
  • Today, even though I have a lot of time, I haven’t read much.
  • Photography provides an excuse to distract myself from my main goal.

13rd Sat

  • I found that my weenie stood up while waking up after I’d changed my meal to be at least 4 hr earlier before bed(I shifted my sleeping time). It is a sign that I am healthier.
  • I still can’t do meditation while sleeping 6 hours.
  • I found that my eye muscle is also weaker, and my shortest eye focus is longer. It might be because after I shift my sleep time, I can’t maintain my habit and usually skip the eye training time. It might be quite serious because eye problem causes me to lack of intention to read and work.

12th Fri

  • I’ve already shifted my sleeping time to 2pm-2am. It’s great after day 3 after the body adjusts itself.
  • While doing prolonged fasting, I shouldn’t do any high-intensity exercise. I found that it will decrease energy reserve and break down the muscle, which results in an adverse effect on the body.
  • Maybe, I should do meditation with my eyes open, because when I sleep less, I usually fall asleep if I close my eyes.
  • Indirect technique – ให้มองในมุมมองหนึ่งๆให้เสร็จ เช่น หากมอง indirect อยู่ ก็ทำฟันด้วยมุมมองของ indirect จนเสร็จ แล้วค่อยสลับไปมอง direct อย่ามองสลับไปมาระหว่าง direct กับ indirect ขณะที่กำลังทำ action หนึ่งๆอยู่และยังไม่เสร็จ เพราะสมองจะประมวลผลมุมมองไม่ทัน อาจเกิดข้อผิดพลาดได้ โดยเฉพาะ oper ที่มีความเสี่ยงสูง เช่น ขณะ prep ฟัน หรือ carve ฟัน
  • rest on lower tooth – จะช่วยในการกระตุ้นให้เด็กอ้าปากกว้างขึ้นได้
  • If I want to be a doctor but I don’t want to treat some patients or improve my work. It means that I just come here to take money, which is really bad for morality, it just like a thief.
  • My ADHD symptom gets worse after I decreased my sleep time to 6 hours, which makes me unable to do meditation because of sleepiness.
    • The symptom is like I want to do something, but there is a glitch in my brain, which causes me to forget it. This occurs occasionally, but more frequently at this time.

4th Thu

  • Gaming makes me sleep so bad and wake up late. It doesn’t improve my skill that much compare to the health of my brain that loss of control from dopamine fluctuation.
  • My meditation becomes worse I think it is because I didn’t sleep well or enough(6 hours). I think going to sleep faster would help(7 hours).
  • My life management is also worse, I think doing too much prolonged fasting is the cause.

3rd Wed

  • Studying isn’t equal to reading.
    • Studying include proper environment that preventing distraction, doing research of information, not just reading.
    • Reading is just a subset of studying.

2nd Tue

  • I would try sleep for 6 hours and see if it really bad for me. Try it for one week.
  • I found that quitting entertainment and music is great, it makes me stay with myself more easily and be happy easier without the need of outside things.
  • I should care a little bit more for my patient. Eg. after treatment
  • The reason that I can read at work but not at home might be because that there is a little bit more good stress at work environment which stimulates me to do things.
  • I found that my emotion is so much better and more stable, after I quit relying my mood on music and entertainment.
  • Reading from screen doesn’t cause eye problem
    • I read at screen for an hour at noon, it didn’t effect my dental work at all.
    • It might be because I do more eye exercise.
