Better focus, meditation
2026-02-02 ใน กุมภาพันธ์ 2569- I didn't know why but my reading is so much better in focusing and get very less distracted. It might be because, in the last several weeks..
- I did meditation constantly in the morning after exercising/showering, before bed, around 15min and the focus gradually improving.
- I didn't use social media for 3 weeks.
